on the other hand.  You are very rigorous and very strict with my case.  where they decided to block.i account.  I will tell you.  In my last hotel reservation on the 9th of this month of March, 2024. I made a reservation at the Howard Johnson hotel in Newark Elizabeth New Jersey.  where it lasted 3 hours waiting for the airport bus pick-up to the hotel.  after managing to activate on my cell phone.  The rouming application for calls within the United States.  I managed to call the hotel.  where I wonder where your airport pick up bus is.  and they told me that they already provide that service.  and after so much waiting and requesting an UBER transportation service.  I was not able to communicate because UBER services cannot pick up passengers in the pick-up area of people who receive service from hotels through buses.  and after receiving the help of the bus driver who took me.  to the entrance door of the Howard Johnson hotel parking lot.  with a lot of rain and cold on that day.  I managed to walk to the entrance to the hotel lobby.  where they later assigned me a room on the third floor.  very far from the elevator area.  And surprise, the room was leaking a lot of water as a result of the amount of rain that was falling that day.  To be so demanding you should also be so with the people or hotel businesses that you represent.  There are many cases where I have been involved within China.  when I choose hotels through their ctrip platform.  and I have never been involved in claiming the need for reimbursement of expenses incurred by me.  Since I know how tedious and annoying it is to receive the money.  after having charged it to my credit card

I paid the price of a 3-star hotel, but got a 1-star experience. Receptionists were behind bulletproof glass indicating the area wasn’t safe, the lobby smelled like **** when I arrived, and the room was noisy due to traffic and a loud AC unit. The staff were friendly and the room itself was clean, but it was not well maintained (e.g., chunks of tile missing, towel rack coming out of the wall, chips in the tub lining, etc.)

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. However, there is no restaurant on site and no airport shuttle service. There are no convenience stores nearby and the area seems very industrial and not conducive to venturing out on foot. The noise level is extremely high. The planes seem to be landing and taking off right over the hotel. It was not a restful night. Maybe if they had soundproof windows. I would not recommend it.

Not good for family definitely, noises in the corridor at night, hazardous room with mold and broken tiles in bath and microwave was smelling and had metal coating removed from inside( check pics on Google reviews for that). NO BREAKFAST anymore, while booking it showed it had breakfast.

I have emailed the hotel a week ago to sort this out but they haven't gotten back to me. This property is atrocious. The entire property stinks of smoke, when you pull up there are unhomed people everywhere at all times. the room was so smelly, everything looked like it was smushed before we got there. The bathroom looked filthy so bad that we chose to not even use it. Our lock never worked so we had to prop a ironing board against it (see pics) we booked this hotel because it was close to the Prudential Center and because it has a gym and pool. When we got there the first thing we passed was a GYM CLOSED sign. I asked the receptionist, and he said it has been closed since covid in 2020. Then why is it promoted in your amenities? The overall state of this property is poor and not worth the $189 i paid. more like $99 that is why i contacted them to have them justify the price but havent heard back so now im posting my reveiw. Dont stay here, its not safe, its in a weird storage container/car storage yard.

We stayed for 2 nights and while the room was relatively clean, the hotel needs some upkeep. The parking lot was disgusting and full of trash. The area it is in is questionable. There appeared to be mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, wood work was rotting and there was trash behind the dresser, note there was space between the dresser and the wall and it was noticable . Also, the dresser drawers were off the tracks and unusable and the remote had no battery cover. The front desk staff was amazing, he went and searched for an extra blanket for us.

A shocking dump. Mattress is ancient with old noisy springs. Totally shot. Room smells from former smoking status noticeably. Furniture veneers coming off. Window sills dirty and in need of cleaning and paint at minimum. The decor is basically from dumpster diving.
