The villa is a 5-minute scooter/car ride from the fabulous Lio Beach, where you'll find plenty of restaurants. It's also a perfect spot to spend an afternoon or watch the sunset. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, gas hob, rice cooker, kettle, Nespresso machine, utensils, and dishes. Starlink Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, are air-conditioned and have a dressing room and a ceiling fan. There is a standard Western-style bathroom with a hot and cold shower, sink, toilet, and toiletries. Housekeeping and pool maintenance will be provided daily. Linens and towels will be changed every three days. Please read the information below before booking. The house is a 10-minute drive from El Nido town and a 5-minute drive from Lio Beach. You'll need a scooter, a car, or you can rent a tricycle or van to get around. We'd be happy to help. Our neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood is safe. They have dogs and roosters, a common sight in the Philippines. The pool is unsupervised and unfenced, so please do not leave children unattended and swim at your own risk.
