「這家位於邦板牙省安吉利斯市的新飯店開幕了。我在Mango Suites Angeles酒店住得很愉快。飯店位置非常便利，前往市內主要區域都很方便。房間乾淨舒適，是結束一天行程後放鬆身心的理想場所。 美中不足的是，淋浴水需要等待5-10分鐘才能熱起來。」

「Booked this hotel coz I attended Aurora Music Festival 2026 to see SB19. The hotel is very near the venue. The staff are accommodating. Room is clean. The room is fully equipped just like a service apartment. With stove, big ref and microwave oven. The room also has washing machine. If you don’t want to cook, they have a coffee shop, convenience store, Japanese restaurant which serves delicious food. There’s also a Korean restaurant but I was not able to try. My stay for the festival was convenient because of this hotel.」

「整體來說，入住體驗非常愉快。不過第一晚不太好，因為他們幫我安排了三樓的房間，隔天早上發現房間裡有螞蟻，所以我要求換房，他們給我換到了六樓的房間，情況好多了。客房服務不錯，他們會清洗所有餐具，但是他們不提供毛巾，只提供小包裝的沐浴露、洗髮水和一塊廉價的酒店香皂，我都沒用上。另外，熱水一直都是溫的，而且換房後他們也沒有第二個垃圾桶，這很奇怪。此外，我不得不主動要垃圾袋，因為沒有垃圾袋感覺很髒。如果他們能解決這些小問題，這次酒店體驗幾乎完美。健身房非常棒。 還有一點，辦理入住有點麻煩，因為他們要你簽一份免責聲明，保證不會損壞或丟失房間裡的任何小物件，比如牆上和桌子上的8個相框和2個裝飾品，還有桌椅本身，以及房間裡的所有其他物品。所以，在簽字之前，我必須親自檢查每一項是否齊全。」

「I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.」
