「這次一個人到韓國看表演 本來有點掙扎要不要選這家 因為酒店有點新也還沒什麼評價可參考 最後還是決定住下因為離演出場地較近 職員親切 也能英語溝通 交通方便 不用五分鐘就能到地鐵站 樓下也有便利店還有一個滿大的商場 裡面還有一個很大的超市 房間裡有國際規格插座 這點太好了 淋浴間熱水足夠 洗手間水壓也大 缺點就是對獨遊的遊客有點不方便 如果太晚回酒店附近沒什麼可一人用餐的餐廳 床有點硬 一點小動作床都會發出聲響 枕頭太軟 怎麼睡都不對 還有隔音一般 門外的聲音都聽得很清楚 建議帶備耳塞 不過整體體驗都很不錯 有需要的話會再入住」

「此次入住體驗整體而言可圈可點，地理位置、硬體設施令人滿意，但在跨部門溝通與服務落實上則有明顯的改進空間。 優點 1. 空間與設備：客房空間十分寬敞舒適，動線流暢；房內配置微波爐，對於有加熱餐點需求的旅客來說相當便利。 2. 睡眠品質：床鋪的高度設計符合個人喜好，支撐度與舒適度極佳，讓人能得到充分的休息。 美中不足之處 1. 溝通協調失靈：入住時已特別向櫃台預先交代特定日期不需要客房打掃，並明確設定「請勿打擾」（DND）狀態，當時櫃台人員也已清楚記錄並確認備註。 2. 隱私被打擾：令人感到不解與困擾的是，即便前台已有明確標註，房務人員當天仍然前來敲門打擾，顯見前台與房務部門之間的資訊傳遞與執行出現了漏洞，有待加強內部管理與員工訓練。 房間的硬體規劃與舒適度上表現優異，具備良好的住宿條件。然而，細節服務與內部溝通的流暢度直接影響了旅客的隱私與休息品質，期望管理層能重視並落實改善跨部門的交接流程，以提供更臻完善的服務水準。」

「房間不大，門口進來是一個鏡子打開是個小儲物櫃。床在上鋪下面是一個空間可以放行李掛衣服。挺實用的。還有一張桌子+椅子，基本功能都有了，一個人住完全沒問題。其他都挺好，最大的缺點就是衞生間是玻璃的，所以不密封。氣味實在是有點不好聞。不然這個房間真的完美了～沒有前台自助入住。不過我到大的時候遇到了酒店的工作人員，是一位韓國小哥哥，人很好還很帥！且非常禮貌熱情！我印象很深刻！給」

「After a long, exhausting journey from the airport, the receptionist kindly let me leave my luggage and freshen up before my appointment. That small act of kindness really meant a lot. The biggest surprise was the cleanliness. Every corner of the hotel—from the cabins and common room to the showers, laundry area, and even the window sills—was spotless. I've stayed in luxury hotels that weren't maintained this well. The location is excellent, surrounded by shops, restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores, yet the hotel itself is peaceful. I've stayed in many hotels around the world, and for the price, this is easily one of the best-value accommodations I've experienced. If I come back to Gangnam, I'll definitely stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended!」

「因原定旅遊目的地天氣差的關係，臨時改飛首爾，所以選擇明洞區出入方便，點知去到酒店先知自己擺烏龍，酒店不是在明洞最往的購物區，而是在旁邊的City Hall Station, 離開百貨公司與購物區步行10-15分鐘，住了兩天後發覺呢個點非常方便，可以坐1號或2號線，大多景點或新浦點都在1，2號線甚至只轉1次線便到達，十分方便，甚至下次都會考慮再入住 1酒店位置轉個彎已很多食店，試左3間(見圖片) 都好好食，性價比高 酒店設施可說是無，房間大小尚可接受，雖然剛翻新其實仍然很陣舊，只是少許修補而已，確實係麻麻地」

「訂了兩天的旅行，check in 後第二天晚上回酒店發現房卡失效了，房卡應該衹辦了一天，凌晨酒店大堂沒有工作人員，在大堂等了一個多小時，報警韓國警察也不管，最後自己沒辦法用了桌子上的工作手機隨機打給了工作人員，指引我拿到了萬能卡才進房間，如果不是這個電話我一晚上都沒法進房間睡覺，真的太差了。」

「從廣藏市場14號出口行出嚟 見到藥局後直行幾分鐘就見到間酒店 樓下有好多餐廳 酒店房間寬敞 樓下共用空間有免費拉麵包同埋咖啡可以飲 整體空間舒適 行出去都有巴士站 樓下職員亦都會代收包裹 只要提前通知 唯一美中不足係浴室冇浴簾 如果再去會再預約 相當推薦👍🏻👍🏻」

「An amazing stay that exceeded all our expectations! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We arrived at this hotel with a last-minute reservation and, even though the reception was already closed, the owners waited for us until 1:30 AM to welcome us. We also called them several times because, probably because we were exhausted after our flight, we couldn’t find the entrance. They were incredibly helpful and patient and guided us until we found our way in. The check-in process is fully automated and can be completed independently at the front desk, but the owners were still available to help us whenever we needed assistance. It was also during check-in that we discovered that we were among the very first guests of the property, which is completely new. The room was absolutely fantastic: very spacious, spotless and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and the windows were very well insulated, so we slept really well. The room also had a hairdryer, fresh towels and water in the mini-fridge. Just outside the room there was a small common area where guests could freely take water, toilet paper, fresh towels and many other useful items every day, including toothbrushes, travel kits and even skincare products. This was incredibly convenient, especially during a longer trip. Another great feature was the laundry room, with two washing machines/dryers that guests could use completely free of charge. They were extremely useful for a long trip like ours. The same room also had a microwave, a hot and cold water dispenser, a sink, cutlery and free coffee. The location is also excellent. The hotel is close to two subway stations, and bus 6002, which stops almost right in front of the hotel, makes it very easy to get to Incheon International Airport. There are also plenty of shops around and directly below the hotel, some of them open 24 hours, where you can easily buy food and everyday necessities. There are also many restaurants nearby. As if all of this wasn’t enough, when we checked out, the owners gave us some very cute little gifts, especially because we were among the first guests of the property. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture! Saying that we were positively impressed would be an understatement. The hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, location and facilities exceeded all our expectations. If we ever travel to Seoul again, we would definitely stay here again! ❤️」

「地理位置極佳，去明洞、弘大、聖水都方便，樓下美食豐富。入住採自助式挺便利，公共區域有洗衣機和烹飪空間。缺點是周邊酒吧多，獨旅女生晚上需多注意安全；設備指引僅有韓英雙語，希望能補充中文標示體驗會更友善。」

「房間在首爾屬於正常大小，新酒店房間很新，挪一下的話能放得下兩個行李箱。但是酒店距離地鐵站不是特別近，雖然有公交站，但直接走過去的話還是比較遠的走十分鐘差不多。距離機場大巴比較近，走路五分鐘，馬路對面有cu便利店。酒店空調屬於到了設定温度就關關停停，工作的時候會亮燈，影響睡眠，晚上飆車也聽得見。」
