「我臨時決定去2天一夜batam 所以是看到評論寫性價比高就選這家酒店 一進去員工都很熱情很有笑容歡迎我們 不是很大的酒店但是外觀算不錯 它是沒有泳池我在外面比較多也不需要 我有選擇早餐一心以為很簡單 沒有想到也算多選擇 味道也是不差 房間就乾淨🪟外看到的風景不錯但是沒有照片 這裏就是市區去哪裡都很方便 搭grab就可以了 當然走路也行如果不嫌天氣熱灰塵多車又多 我是有嘗試走路 走路10-15分鐘可以到Grand Batam Mall 逛街 這酒店準準隔壁有家Starbucks 對面有出名的大伯公廟想去參觀可以去 因為餓了我就有試對面一家 Ice Cendol（煎堆冰） 和mee siam （暹羅麪） 意外好吃」

「So the hotel is nice and new. However, there was an issue with soap not being filled when we came or being filled up the next day, a closet light that wouldn't turn off. The hotel did address these when raised but personally I would love for it to have never popped up. Also the do not disturb/make up room light doesn't seem to work or at least confusing. But overall, nice hotel good location just some minor things to fix up.」

「這家新飯店是新建的K Square購物中心（原Kepri購物中心）的一部分，於2026年7月10日開幕。飯店各方面都很棒，淋浴噴頭水溫很高，水壓也很強勁。牆上的插座是國際通用的，所以您無需攜帶旅行轉換器。飯店有保險箱，但沒有迷你冰箱。飯店提供拖鞋和盥洗用品。我唯一的建議是，在兩個垃圾桶裡套上塑膠袋，否則直接丟垃圾很不衛生。早餐一般，但隔壁的購物中心有許多餐飲選擇。如果您使用Grab叫車，請選擇4號大廳，即可直接進入飯店。」

「⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing stay! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the host was very responsive and friendly. Best part is the room can fit 3 person. Great location with easy access to Batam Centre. Would definitely stay here again!」

「Overally nice place, but theres no front desk after 10pm. I left my bag there before check-in, and came back later in the day, but they accidentally passed my bag to another room. It was understandable, but when they helped to take back the bag to me, the other guest took all my things out and made a mess in my bag. Im lucky I didn't put any valuable or money inside. 😔」

「房间宽敞干净，附近有很多餐厅和便利店，非常方便。我喜欢阳台，可以一边喝咖啡一边放松，或者一边抽烟一边欣赏海景。我肯定会再次入住。价格也很合理。停车位非常有限，这是我唯一觉得不足的地方。」
