Here's why: * The moment we arrived, the staff immediately helped carry our luggage from the Grab. Top-notch service from the start! * The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. We were even greeted with a refreshing welcome drink, and it was so delicious! * The hotel smelled amazing everywhere. * The location is perfect—it's close to all the major shopping malls, and there's a Starbucks right next door. * The room was spacious and perfect for two people. * The shower had great water pressure. There's no bidet, but overall the bathroom felt luxurious and was definitely worth it. * Room service was excellent, and they even provided slippers. * If you need an iron, just call the reception and they'll deliver it straight to your room. * The best part? When we checked out to head back to Malaysia, the staff carried our luggage all the way to our Grab. * Even after checking out, you can leave your luggage safely at the lobby while you explore. * I would definitely stay here again on my next trip. They also have connecting rooms available, which is perfect for families or groups! For just RM200+, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommended! ⭐️」

「This new hotel is part of the new K Square Mall (formerly Kepri Mall) and only opened on 10 July 2026. Everything about it is great, the rain shower provides very hot and strong water pressure. The wall sockets accept international plugs so you don't need to bring a travel adaptor. It has a safe box, but not a mini fridge. It provides in-room sandals and the toiletries. My only suggestion is to line the two rubbish bins with plastic bags, otherwise it's quite unhygienic to throw rubbish inside. The breakfast was okay only, but the adjacent mall has plenty of food options. If coming by Grab, choose Lobby 4 to access hotel entrance directly.」

「Overally nice place, but theres no front desk after 10pm. I left my bag there before check-in, and came back later in the day, but they accidentally passed my bag to another room. It was understandable, but when they helped to take back the bag to me, the other guest took all my things out and made a mess in my bag. Im lucky I didn't put any valuable or money inside. 😔」
