Many friends and family asked me why we always stay at the same hotel in Tribeca. My answer is that nothing would compare to The Four Seasons. From the moment that you enter to the point of leaving, your needs are always met and you feel so pampered. Both the guest rooms and the suites are wonderful but it is the small touches: electronic pad in the room so as to ask questions and request whatever is needed; the staff is always so sweet and helpful; the rooms are beautiful and clean. I cannot find any fault and I highly recommend this hotel. It may feel smaller in size, but offers everything that is needed

連住了三晚 第一晚訂的房型不同於後面兩晚 因為同樣的房型第一晚貴很多 問攜程能不能升級 攜程說不行 入住的時候 酒店前台給我免費升級了 這樣我就不用第二天換房了 還不錯 酒店沒有熱水 要個燒水壺要了兩天才送來 送的這個瓶子是灌房間飲水機的涼水的 本來想用的 準備接水的時候 上麪一條毛 噁心到我了 和攜程反映 攜程也沒理我 酒店自費的早餐很貴 3個人一份麵包一份麥片一份omelette花了89.48美金

隔音效果稍遜，其餘都挺好，服務很好。早餐因為疫情原因一切從簡，衹有咖啡，小麵包，酸奶可以自助，hot food點餐形式，可以打包，沒人的話也可以餐廳吃，桌子已經隔開1米遠。house keeping沒有要求的話會3~4天一次，也是因為疫情而特意定製的，到了酒店會給你這些詳細的說明

Before arriving, I called the IHG group asking if the hotel has storage space for our luggage as we will be arriving 6am and check in is only at 3pm. The person on the other end of the phone called confirmed that the hotel had storage place. We landed at Newark and took an uber to our hotel, upon arrival we entered a sickened hot and stuffy lobby (Aircon blasting hot air). The receptionist had seem to be sleeping in the back room. He was unable to communicate properly and very rudely said there was NO SPACE to store the luggage. He was of no help at all when requested other options. We went back outside to get some fresher air as it was the middle of summer. Googled storage options and had to walk 6 blocks with our luggage and dropped it at the storage location and went about our day. At 5pm we decided to check in and get changed for the evening events. This time it was a different receptionist and he was somewhat better than the previous one. (We were greeted by 4 different receptionist during our 3 night stay and none of them knew what hospitality meant as they were not friendly or somewhat helpful at all!!!) He informed us that they no longer do breakfast as the restaurant has closed 3 weeks prior to our check in date. No breakfast voucher or other arrangements were made. We just had to made do. Even though 'bed and breakfast' was paid! The hallways were so dirty and carpets smelled awful. Only one of the two elevators worked. One evening we came across the person removing garbage using the elevator and made us wait for the other one which did not work. Only once he was done could we use the elevator and it was dirty (no surprise). THE ROOM - it was so small, we had to climb over our luggage to move around. The aircon made a very loud noise so we weren't able to use it during the night, again in the middle of summer. The duvet did not have a proper duvet cover it was wrapped in sheets and the duvet itself was disgusting and had so many holes in it. The towels were not sufficient enough even though requesting more. The faucets all leaked even the toilet and the shower did not work properly and don't even get me started on the drainage of the bathroom entirely. The curtain in the bedroom was also broken and had to be rolled up by hand and squeezed in between the railing and window just to stay open for some light as the room lights were also not working. This was the most disappointing stay our entire vacation. We will not be making use of any of the IHG group hotels if this is how business is done. Utterly disgusted and disappointed.

We stayed at the Courtyard Hotel on Greenwich Street on Friday night. Marriott hotels are held to a high standard. This hotel had its pros and cons. Pros: - Price. The hotel is reasonably priced for Manhattan. Our Friday night stay was about $220 before taxes and $260 afterwards. - Location. The hotel is literally steps from the World Trade Center and World Financial Center complex. - Transportation- The #1 Train (Rector Street Station) is at the front door. The R train stop (Rector Street) is one block away. - Cleanliness - The room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. Cons: - Space. The rooms are tiny. The bathroom was about 5x7 feet. The closet is tiny. There is one chair. - Noise. New York used to be called The City That Never Sleeps. We heard street noise, even though we were on the 18th floor.

Had already stayed 3 nights in another room in the same hotel and wanted to stay another night, but couldn't stay in the same room cause it had been booked. This time didn't get the same view, but it wasn't bad all all. The bell man downstairs hold our luggage while we waited to checked in. Will recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to come and visit New York City.

優點：酒店位置不錯 出門左轉幾十米就是地鐵紅線 走幾百米就是紐交所 旁邊就是棕色線Broad St.站 走到三一教堂有綠線 周邊治安也不錯 晚上地鐵回酒店不會太危險 前台小哥熱情禮貌 幫忙解決了很多問題 每天有免費的水果 咖啡 M豆提供 在物價超高的紐約 早上靠這些可以部分填飽肚子 可以免費寄存行李 前台也可以幫忙收取快遞 缺點：房間比較小 設施相對落後 國內快捷酒店水平 窗戶不能打開 空調是那種內外機一體式 基本上不敢開 還好去的時候溫度比較合適 訂酒店之前看了其它人的評論 以為不會有其它酒店所收取的每晚21.95刀的城市 設施費 預定的時候也沒有在費用當中看到攜程標明相關的不包含內容 結果到達酒店之後還是被收取了這筆費用 當時致電攜程海外客服 很快給了回復 承認確實當時沒有告知有這筆費用 退房后給予補償 這一點給攜程100分！同時再吐槽一下曼哈頓可怕的住宿費用

我在住宿初期發布了一篇評論，但由於此住宿已經結束，我想對其進行跟進。 底線-這個地方是純金！除了我之前提到的小障礙，我們的住宿還算完美。在曼哈頓的酒店房間中擁有空間真是太好了！雖然白天/傍晚的街道噪音很大，但夜晚一點也不差。此外，酒店還為我們的輕便睡眠者提供耳塞和白噪聲機。而且我沒有聽到其他套房的任何噪音，無論是相鄰的還是上方/下方的。很棒的舊建築！ 高質量的床單和側桌/擱板可提供出口和USB端口，這床令人難以置信。 浴室美觀實用，在鏡子後面設有大型內置式櫥櫃，可彌補櫃檯空間的不足。 Malin＆Goetz的洗髮水，護髮素和沐浴露聞起來很香，感覺很豪華。 我們有一間帶兩間浴室的一居室套房，當我和我女兒同時準備時，這是一個不錯的功能。 當您走進套房時，有一個小型餐桌椅，但這不是超級方便，也沒有窗戶，所以我們衹是不使用它而浪費空間。 電唱機非常適合我們，因為我們是乙烯基迷。到達時對音樂的選擇非常適合使我們起步。 其他精彩細節：  -帶精美配件的酒吧車，包括紅酒開瓶器，倒酒器，塞子等。  -茶几頂部有提起裝置，因此您可以在看電視的同時吃飯  -Fello Stagg電熱水壺倒入-裝有Sey咖啡的咖啡系統-我以前從未使用過該系統，而被吹走了！難以置信-太不可思議了，我一回到家就買了一個！  -也提供很多茶  -一對扔毯子和坐墊凳，使套房在看電影的整個夜晚都非常舒適  -抵達時，套房內有2箱水和一些巧克力-覆有杏仁的杏仁在等着我們 在同一建築物的樓下就有一個巨大的市場，可以搶購一些物品來存放廚房，如果您願意的話，酒店實際上會為您服務！ 米其林還有一家很棒的餐廳-游牧民族背後的主廚。很棒的食物和飲料。 輕鬆步行至各種地鐵線。我們花了大約15-20分鐘才能到達市中心。因此，我們發現位置非常理想。 如您所知，我們喜歡這個地方！我經常訪問紐約，並計劃將70 Pine的歌詞作為家外之家。
