Stan, Victor, and Albert made my stay extraordinary. I would highly recommend this boutique hotel to anyone that needs to stay in Brooklyn. The design alone is unique and refreshing. The staff are attentive, kind, and accommodating.

This hotel feels like it has seen better days. It evokes the feel of Hotel Budapest, where spaces, furnishings and their condition used to be top notch, but are currently poorly functioning or not functioning and worn down, with cracked glass paneling or paint chipping. There are no extra services on site, no breakfast or room service by default. The room was clean when we arrived and the desk staff was nice and friendly. Given how the neighborhood is in the process of transformation, the views you might get from your room are that of an industrial buildings, a construction site or a U-Haul rental lot. The neighborhood itself is nice, lots of hip restaurants and cafes, Whole Foods and farmer markets. It just feels a shame that such a hotel is slowly allowed to fall into disrepair. It was a comfortable stay for the 2 nights we spent there, and I wouldn't have stayed longer, and definitely not at the rate we paid.

The staff was extremely friendly during check-in, check-out and during the stay. Unfortunately, the elevator stopped working for about two days during our stay. While the room was clean, there were parts that made it feel like the hotel wasn’t updated: partial peeling of baseboard, paint chips on the ceiling, uncomfortable pillows, and stained sheets. Also, because the elevator was down the stairwell door was opened and closed (more like slammed) for two nights straight. Recommend a room away from the stairwell. Pros: friendly staff, close to park and Whole Foods. Walking distance to Park Slope restaurants and coffee shops. It served its purpose for the weekend.

Nice hotel. Clean and big for NYC. The room was actually pretty quiet even though it’s right across from a hospital. About a 3 minute walk to a nice neighborhood with lots of good restaurants, bars and shopping.

The first room that i was given was in terrible condition. The showerhead was leaking the AC unit was leaking had a towel under it the catch the water. The wall look like a water leak issue. To make things worst there were two roaches.

The room looked like the pictures but definitely seemed to be not renovated. It was also dirty and hair was on the bed not from us.

Parking is a joke, and staff doesn't care. Uhaul in the back is very noisy starting at 7 in the morning. But the rooms themselves are nice and fairly clean
