酒店位置非常好，距離時代廣場僅200多米，很是方便，設施配套房間衞生可達四星以上標準，美式酒吧大堂令人驚艷，再來紐約一定還會選擇這家

酒店位置往，鄰近時代廣場及42街地鐵站，交通方便。 酒店設施較老舊，洗手間只用上不銹鋼潔具。房間內沒有提供咖啡機，沒有免費的咖啡及茶，更全個房間一個杯也沒有，洗手間內也沒有潄口用的杯，要求House Keeping 後才提供兩個紙杯。 房間內的冰箱壞了，找了House Keeping 兩次，才有工作人員送來一個冰箱，但不是更換失效的，只是在房間內放下插出電源，辛好房間內有空間。 居住了6個晚上，每天都要叫house keeping 才送來兩瓶樽裝水。 第五天更沒人清潔房間！

위치는 브라이얀 파크 옆옆이라 좋습니다. 록펠러든 지하철이든 다 이동하기 편하고 타임스퀘어도 그냥 한 두블럭 걸으면 갈 수 있어서 좋아요. 오래된 건물을 고풍스럽게 리뉴얼해둔 터라 호텔도 이쁩니다. 다만 각 객실에 냉장고가 없고 와인셀러밖에 없어서 별도로 부탁해야하는 점, 마이크로웨이브 자체가 호텔에 없는 점, 출구 두 곳 중 브라이얀 파크 쪽 가까운 출구는 출구전용이기에 짐 들고 있거나 귀가시에 삥 둘러 들어가야하는 점은 아쉽습니다. 일주일 정도 지내다왔지만 리셉션이 그리 친근하지는 않습니다

MY FAVORITE HOTEL TO COME VIST WHEN VISITING FAMILY OR LEISURE TRIPS. I would recommend this hotel for families, if you’re on a solo trip or just visiting to get away and clear your mind. I stayed here for over a week going through a lot of things, the staff were really kind and didn’t bother me and always had a smile on their face when I greeted them. Rooms are updated, Beds are so comfortable, Air Conditioning Works Well, AND ITS CLEAN 10/10. I don’t care if the price goes up to 500$ I will always pay it because it’s worth it and they make me feel comfortable.

老建築，但靠近時代廣場！就位置而言非常好 由於位於高樓層，所以並不吵鬧，也讓我在紐約的旅行很愉快。工作人員的服務很親切，很好。

+ Central beliggende, bl.a. tæt på Bryant Park og Times Square så det er jo helt fint. - Der er ingen service på værelset såsom mulighed for at lave te/kaffe, toilet mangler knager/bøjlestænger, hylder til toilettaske, aircondition larmer meget, når det kører. Hotellet virker åbenbart som et hotel hvor man blot overnatter da der heller ikke findes roomservice.

The hotel is extremely dated and depressing and needs a complete makeover. No coffee maker in room is a bummer. The lobby which was no doubt fabulous and happening is vacant, threadbare and sad. The inability to enter (only exit) on 43rd street is an inconvenience which could be easily remedied by the ability to use one’s room keycard for access. Won’t be returning until the whole place is renovated.

Nous savions que l’hôtel se fait vieillot et nous nous attendions à une chambre tout de même restreinte mais l’hébergement était parfait pour nous ! De toute manière avec tout ce qu’il y a à faire, la chambre est que pour se reposer et dormir. À proximité de Time Square, du Rockefeller Center et des attraits du Uptown. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir avoir le bar ouvert du moins en soirée pour y prendre une bière avant d’aller à la chambre mais le restaurant et le bar sont toujours fermés. Tous nos remerciements au personnel de l’hôtel pour l’accueil chaleureux et le superbe service !

Disappointing stay. The room I was given initially was dirty, the carpet and furniture heavily stained and bed /mattress sagging. I ended up calling the staff and moved rooms, and now have additional unauthorized charges on my account. Photos on the website DO NOT reflect the condition of the room. Overall a really expensive and disappointing hotel.

La ubicación me pareció muy buena, cerca de time square. El personal muy atento y siempre con la mejor actitud y disposición para ayudarte en lo que necesites.

Hôtel extrêmement bien situé et confortable. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et bien équipées. Notre seul petit regret fut que le bar de l'hôtel n'était pas en fonction.

Excelente ubicación, muy limpio, la habitaciones es pequeña como todo en NY, pero muy funcional. Muy amables.
