東鄉村飯店(East Village Hotel)

Non consiglio assolutamente questa struttura a nessuno dal momento che la nostra camera era molto rumorosa non solo per rumore della strada quanto per i vicini e per il condizionatore d’aria che sembrava un autocarro. Non per nulla forniscono tappi per le orecchie, non c’è armadio per capi e non c’è un tavolo sufficiente per mangiare né per scrivere nonostante la camera abbia l’angolo cottura insufficiente per cucinare vista la mancanza della maggior parte delle stoviglie indispensabili a tal fine. Non c’è reception e per qualsiasi cosa si deve gravitare su una struttura affiliata distante 35 minuti a piedi.mi si è guastato l’asciugacapelli e ho dovuto telefonare alla struttura che aveva la reception e mi hanno detto che me l’avrebbero portato il giorno dopo ma io intanto avevo i capelli bagnati fradici e il giorno dopo comunque non mi hanno portato l’asciugacapelli richiesto, quindi anche servizio inesistente. Costo spropositato per la qualità e servizi offerti. DA EVITARE!

Struttura senza banco check-in ma che si fa online tramite una mail. Alloggio al terzo piano, tranquillo e molto caldo. Consiglio di alloggiare qui. Metro sia a 600 metri che a 750.

Our stay here was very good, the location is very nice, and although there's no clerks on site, the communication with the management is very fluid. The only point to improve is the state of the furniture that appear to have suffered water damage, but housekeeping did a very good job at keeping everything very clean and neat. I recommend it!

In the heart of the East Village, this spot was convenient and full of dinner/nightlife options. However, there is no human service, elevator or amenities beyond what's in the room itself. In fact, I did not receive my door code to get into the property until close to midnight on my check-in date. I was onsite at 7 pm that night, having registered right before I arrived. I had to drag my luggage up to and down from the 3rd floor.

I am highly upset. I had to leave my stay early because of bugs in the bathroom, was high infest and disgusting me and could sleep nor stay. I went to take a shower and saw multiple bugs crawling as well as some flyingI and I am requesting a full refund as well as some type of compensation due to the events that I had to endure. I am expecting a response as soon as possible so I do not have to write this as a review and keep it as more as a inside matter.

This hotel is FILTHY. Beyond filthy. I checked in and when I got to my room I knew I couldn't stay there even for one night. The sheets and pillows were yellow, the light switches were browned and there was mold on the walls. I didn't even feel comfortable using the bathroom. I would never stay here again and I feel it should be removed from this platform. Really gross. Beware of this place and avoid. I didn't even stay the night. I immediately checked out and went to another hotel.
