Great quality-price ratio! Very clean, great location. A bit noisy, but that's how NY is 🙂

위치는 별로였지만 깨끗하고 군더더기 없는 호텔입니다 침대와 티비가 좋았고 샤워하면 물이 흘러넘처 좀 아쉽긴했어요 조식은 옆에 식당에서 메뉴 선택해서 먹는 방식인데 너무 훌륭했습니다 직원 모두 친절합니다

The hotel itself was super clean and the room looked exactly like the photos. The front desk staff were AMAZING and very accommodating. The only thing I would suggest is if you’re looking for somewhere closer to Times Square then this may not be the best option as the distance is pretty far for walking.

The Bernic was a much more minimal hotel than the web site led me to believe. While we were there, no concierge was available, and the front desk staff varied greatly in their ability to recommend a nearby restaurant. The room was cold, and no matter how high we set the thermostat, the heating system provided only cool air. The shower was separated from the rest of the bathroom by a curtain and a narrow floor drain. The bathroom floor was wet all over afer each shower and so was the box of tissues. My husband and I got a room for two that had only one chair so that one of us always had to sit on the bed. (We did ask for another chair and got a folding chair.) The tv provided only local live television or Netflix, for which we had to sign in using our own account. One robe was provided and it looked like it was ready for donation to the Salvation Army. There is no lobby in this hotel, so no place to sit other than our room, and no doorman to help with hailing a cab on a rainy day. On the whole, we do not feel that the high cost was justified by the bare bones room we had.

The hot water went out during my stay and was off for a few hours during the night but they fixed it promptly. great location, easily walkable to lots of sites, food available on site (but expensive, not advertised as gluten friendly) valet parking convenient and fairly priced. Map location is NOT in the right place, so if you're unfamiliar with its location it may take some time to find (just a block above where its set on google maps) friendly service, clean and spacious rooms, the shower couldve used a scrub but i'm a little picky about that sort of thing, everything else was great and very comfortable, really happy they offered a mini fridge to store snacks and leftovers. balcony was also perfect for a step out for fresh air, would love to stay again. Even with construction outside of the hotel, it was quiet enough to sleep. Thank you!

Construction around me didn’t let me sleep other then that everything was great, the staff was super friendly and informative, room was nice and clean, a lot of shops and restaurants around me, can even walk to Central Park.
