行政級MTS飯店(Executive Class at MTS Hotel)

The receptionist advised me not to stay at this hotel. The room was very old, depreciated bed. They offer free croissants, muffins, and coffee; however, only one serves over 50 people. You must wait in a massive line for only 20 minutes. The water fountain had expired filters on it. Warnings were showing. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

We were excited to get a room here with simple expectations for what we paid for. When we got there it was very hot in the lobby. We got to our room and there was loud beeping every few seconds from the fire alarm in the room next to ours. When we turned on our air we found out why it was so hot, none of the air conditioning was working. This is something that should have been communicated to us as soon as we checked in.

I did not like the way this property deceitfully markets this hotel. It is not as nice as the picture. The shower did not work and there was no hot water. The one day we had hot water it was scorching hot. There is nothing exclusive about the 18th floor. I think the regular rooms may have been better. There was not a refrigerator and/or microwave to save and heat your food. We wasted a lot of food staying here. Also, the hotel room phone did not work. We had to go down to the front desk to ask questions and/or request more towels and wash cloths. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

L’hôtel est très bien situé à Manhattan! Quelques mètres de Times Square et à distance de marche de Central Park! Aussi, la ligne rouge du métro est à 3 minutes de marche. Le personnel est d’un service digne des films américains. Pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre, ni de micro-ondes, quoi que ce n’était pas une surprise, mais ces derniers seraient fort appréciés. Ces hôtel est au cœur de l’action!

The only perc of Executive Class was an express elevator and a king size bed, neither of which I needed. My room didn't even have a chair to sit on. The hotel lacks a cafe of any sort. The free breakfast consists of a bag with an apple and a pastry wrapped in plastic; there was a choice of a drink. No fridge in the room, only a complicated coffee maker. There was the unfortunately common "Utilities Fee" charged daily, for the Gym I did not use. I could go on but you get the picture.

Points forts: L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent, a 5-10 minute a pied de Times Square, le personnel de l' hôtel est serviable, le parking directement a l' hôtel, un ascenseur dédié pour l'étage exécutive. Points faibles: Les chambres sont très petites et le mobilier est assez vieux.

Our room was two rooms away from the elevators yet it was heard every time it moved, as well as yelling and screaming on our floor until 1:30 AM. I have yet to find out what the charge on the bill for over $80 is for since the only thing we charged was an apple juice.

Sans attente, ce fut un super séjour. Du personnel disponible et courtois. Nous avons eu droit à la totale avec le 18e! Merci
