紐約市遺產飯店(Heritage Hotel New York City)

I was very disappointed. There was no heat in the room. I was not told there was a door connecting my room to the next room. That door was so thin you could hear the neighbors conversation! No bedside lamp…had to get up and out of bed and walk across a dark room to turn on a light. Speaking of dark room…I stuffed a towel under the bottom of the door to muffle the noise of in the hall and the light coming in. Hot water controlled from the cold water side, broken shower door etc. If paid $99 I would not have minded but for the rates they charged last night I feel obligated to speak up. It’s fine if you are bargain hunting and don’t expect much.

The staff was excellent- kind and attentive. The room was clean enough but not great. The water pipes were extremely loud and squeaky. The biggest problem is that the walls are incredibly thin and you can hear everything. We were woken up by other guests many times a night every night we stayed. We are not light sleepers and it was still impossible to rest. We would not consider staying at this property again.

Nice staff, good location. Room could’ve been cleaner. There were a lot of stains on the bathroom walls that could’ve easily been removed. You were charged per luggage if you had to leave it with them when you checked out. This should’ve been a free service like other places.

We selected this hotel for the location, which was great. The photos were a bit misleading as the room was very outdated and seemed overpriced. The staff however were fantastic. I would select a different hotel if we were to return.

Bodde 6 nätter, ingen kom in och städade, bytte handdukar. Jag fick gå ner och be om nytt toalettpapper. Men det var trevlig personal, lugnt område med närhet till bra shopping och tunnelbana

Mi è piaciuto: la zona, la camera grande. Non mi è piaciuto: letti troppo piccoli, finestra della camera che non si può aprire, bagno senza mensole, carta igienica da richiedere, riscaldamento troppo rumoroso.

El personal fue amable. Hablan inglés y español. Llegamos antes de la hora de la check-in, y pudimos dejar nuestro equipaje guardado en un área de la recepción sin costo alguno. El hotel necesita algo de remodelación, pero eso no afecta el que puedan descansar luego de un día de turismo.

Einfache Unterkunft die vorrangig durch ihre gute Lage besticht—. Empire State Building und Flat Iron um die Ecke. Aufgrund der Lage ist der Preis wohl auch gerechtfertigt. Alles in allem Ok. Kann man machen
