紐約煉油廠飯店(Refinery Hotel)

The hotel in a good location, clean and tidy, the reception staff is very nice, highly recommend

La propiedad tiene un diseño original, la habitación súper espaciosa, no me gusto que aunque se nos hizo caro, la reservación se nos hizo interesante por tener acceso VIP y no tuvimos acceso VIP de ninguna índole, ni up grade, ni bebida gratis, nos dijeron que había un dos por uno en la hora feliz, ni Check in temprano, a pesar que por nuestro vuelo la llegada fue temprano nos dijeron que no tenían habitación que solo nos cuidaban las maletas. Así es que no supimos a qué se referían en la página de ******* la leyenda de Acceso VIP. Solo para que ******* sepa que este hotel no tiene Acceso VIP.

The hotel was very run down, not a 4-star hotel. The room was filthy; the room was not cleaned during the day. I was promised an upgrade and the front staff bargained w/me then proceeded to tell me room was not available. Area in front of the hotel was almost unsanitary.

Staff wasnt very friendly, especially the young man at the rooftop patio with the curly hair who greets you wjth no smile. Kitchen was always closed. The patio was then closed for a private event. Kitchen closed early to prepare for private event. Restaurants closed kitchens at 10:30 on a Saturday night. No one phoned to say room was ready. It was pouring rain and we had to keep checking. No smiles or nothing from front desk staff. No hot water on Saturday all evening. No mention of VIP free drinks per booking. On Sunday its still pouring rain, cab pulls up in front of the hotel, my bag breaks and all the contents went rolling all over. I was struggling to close door and doorman is just whatching with no offer to help. It wasn't a cheap trip and I am disappointed.

This hotel is catered to outside guess and an older crowd in my opinion. Very very dark and drabby plsce. Beds are comfy but it just has a lack luster feel. Didn't feel friendly to me. I would have never spent this type of money had i known.

This is a nice hotel with very friendly staff. the room was clean, and the hotel is within walking distance of Broadway and 5th Ave. I loved the jazz club and the rooftop. I highly recommend this hotel.
