I had upgraded my room to a queen with soaking tub and in the picture the window showed greenery. When I got to my room, I was facing a wall about 10 feet away with scaffolding between the brick wall and my room window.I was alerted by a letter in the room that there could be construction noise. I saw the letter after unpacking. At that point it wasn’t worth going down to the front desk to see if I could get the room changed. I kept the blinds down the whole time I stayed. It felt like I was locked in and had safety concern having scaffolding right outside my window.I won’t be recommending this property or coming back.

Except for the scaffolding which obscured the beautiful historic building, and the overnight sod laying in Bryant Park across the street, the stay was outstanding. Great room, great service, everything was stellar. If there's one suggestion - more hooks in the bathroom. Thanks for the experience.

I appreciate the Bryant Park Hotel because of the excellent staff that includes John, Scott, Dwight, Jo, and Shannon. They’re an A-1 guest service team that goes over and above at all times.

Everything in order, down to the details I was in NYC again to see some theatre, and have tried many hotels. This may be my new favorite. The women at the front desk handled whatever needed to happen (check in/out, get a cab, store bags, etc.) with ease. They shared their name and used mine in a way that was friendly, not sales-y. They worked in a way to show that I was an important guest, without being frantic. I saw they treated everyone this way. A subtle difference that I never see anymore, they came out from behind the desk and walked me to where I needed to go, they didn't just point and wish me well. The room was large, pristine, and the whole hotel smelled wonderful. I would gladly stay again.

Great hotel in the heart of New York close to offices and across from Bryant Park. The hotel room is modern and roomy by NY standards. Front desk staff were fantastic during checkin and check out. The hotel also has a very trendy lounge on premise.
