The Stay at the Four Seasons near Central Park was nothing short of amazing! Thanks to Christina G. for all of the help! Every touch the staff could have made- they made it! From a subtle yet elegant birthday surprise for my 13 year old daughter to a ride in their towncar around town the staff, accommodations and venue were spectacular! amazing Views from the guest rooms.

We had a fantastic time at the Four Seasons NYC. From the moment we checked in until we left. Our flight was very late, 5+ hours late due to an American Airlines equipment problem. The staff was very efficient in getting us to our room and our room service dinner was great. No request was left unanswered, services were amazing from housekeeping, bellmen, doorman and everyone we encountered. Our room was beautiful on the 44 floor with fabulous views of the city. The bed was very comfortable and the decor modern with good lighting and all the outlets etc. we needed for our electronics. My husband loves the app where he can request ice, or anything we need and it is quickly attended to. We also loved the fresh cookies, candy and fruit that were waiting for us when we arrived from dinner most nights. Breakfast in the Garden Restaurant was also wonderful. Our server had been there since the hotel opened and was gracious and efficient. The entire staff at the Four Seasons made our 7 night stay perfect.

This hotel is hard to beat. I stayed here a few years ago before they reopened it, and I’m so excited for it to be open again. I had a high level room, and the views of NYC are stunning, they extend for miles and miles. The room was a very generous size by NY standards, with a desk facing the stunning view, which was perfect for me as I was visiting on business. They leave absolutely nothing to be desired. Every service you need they will find a way to provide it. And the concierge staff were so extremely knowledgeable of the city, and didn’t recommend the usual touristy places. We asked them where we could find good coffee and they recommended Little Collins,for example, which is now the only place in the city that I want to get coffee from! They will help you pack and unpack, they will organize your things for you without being asked, it’s really a cut above the rest.

this is the best lobby in New York hotels the location is a little. bid hidden you have to walk. towards. 5th near Madisson and 57 st but once you find the way it is. easy also a good. place for meetings nice lobby bars

We understand that the hotel has only been open for 2 weeks and hasn't yet got all it's services running, however that did not stop us experiencing a fabulous, but very simple lunch earlier today. We are tourists in NYC in the city for a few days and we'd just been cycling around Central Park so were in need of some food and a drink! We explained to the lady in charge that we weren't looking for a large meal more a snack, nonetheless she welcomed us warmly into the casual dining Garden Restaurant. We chose probably the simplest pasta dishes on the (mainly) Italian menu, my wife ordered Fusilli Bolognese and I ordered Spaghetti Pomodoro. Additionally we both ordered a Botanist gin cocktail. The latter was delicious, surprisingly for what was an embellished G&T, the flavours were beautiful. The various breads offered were very appropriate for Italian food and again great. However the stars of this ultra simple lunch was the pasta. Wow, the Pomodoro pasta was bursting with fresh cherry tomatoes and a lovely creamy sauce, I can't remember the last time I had such great pasta. My wife raved over her Bolognese ragu too. We finished the meal by sharing a tiramisu, which is often very ordinary, not this one! All in all a quick but awesome lunch. Definitely not cheap, but worth it. Interestingly a neighbouring table had I think the same spaghetti dish and complained that it was too salty for him, goes to show we all have different ideas of what's good. Service was attentive and friendly.
