紐敦Josephite Mission and History Centre附近住宿

我們已經在這裡住過好幾次了，之前在酒店開業後不久就寫過一篇熱情洋溢的評論。我們上次的住宿更像是福爾蒂塔飯店。兩週多前，我已直接向 Maylands Lodge 發送了一封私人電子郵件，但沒有得到回應。我不知道梅蘭發生了什麼事，但我不希望潛在的訪客考慮我之前的評論並根據當時的情況進行預訂。首先我們的房間沒有打掃。地板上有前住戶的衣服標籤和頭髮。我們冰箱裡的牛奶在我們到達的那天就過期了，而且實際上是塊狀的。只提供沖泡咖啡。由於人員配備問題，不再提供早餐，儘管我們仍然支付早餐費用作為關稅的一部分。沒有部分退款或其他地方的早餐券或提供早餐籃。隔壁房間的水管問題一直持續到晚上 11 點之後，然後風吹得走廊的門整晚都在砰砰地響。這可能是自從我的孩子還小的時候我睡得最糟糕的一晚。我們實際上考慮過放棄第二個晚上並留在其他地方睡覺。此外，停車場不再安全，大門整晚都開著。說實話 - 我很不高興寫這麼差的評論，這就是為什麼我最初向 Mayland 發送了一封私人電子郵件，我不知道這個地方現在發生了什麼，但我們當然不會浪費我們的時間和金錢將來當城裡有如此可愛的住宿選擇時，還會住在這裡。

I had a great stay at the Hobart Tower Motel. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything needed. I stayed for 6 nights, and was very satisfied. The motel is quite central to town, close to takeaway shops- while being out of the hustle of the city. It is just a short 10 minute drive into the heart of Hobart though too. Staff were always helpful and friendly. I also enjoyed learning about the history of the tower, and getting to go inside. The view from the top was spectacular (see attached picture). I definitely recommend this place to other travellers!

My two week stay at the Argyle Motor Lodge confirmed for me that this establishment is, in my opinion, the best value accomodation in Hobart. The lodge is conveniently located for access to downtown Hobart, the northern suburbs and the major highways. There is a thriving cafe and restaurant culture in Newtown and North Hobart that is very convenient to the lodge. The front of house staff and housekeeping were accomodating and helpful. In reception, Yvette was on point in assisting with bookings, facilities and local knowledge. A first class representative. Selena and her housekeeping team were courteous and efficient in maintaining my suite. Of particular note and not always the case in suites with kitchen facilities, used cutlery is replaced with clean, paper packaged utensils. I highly recommend the Argyle for short or longer term stays.

酒店房間很大，設計必須漂亮，早餐也很美味。這是典型的美式早餐。可以根據自己的喜好訂購菜單，這非常好。這房子有沙發。有一個服務員來房間打開沙發放上去，這是非常體貼的。酒店環境優美

It was a holiday weekend in Tassie, so most places were very expensive. I only stayed 2 nights. The bed was comfy. The room was big, it was clean. I was in an unrenovated room. I would say basic. I cut my time short and received a full refund, which was very honourable. I ate at the restaurant twice and It was great food and very reasonable prices. The hotel is on top of a pub. So prepare for stairs.

酒店環境非常整潔乾淨。洗手間和浴室雖然是公用的，但是環境保持地很好。對麪就是wow超市，挺方便的。一樓餐廳有餐具，麵包，冰箱裏有牛奶果汁可以隨意使用。旅館的工作人員也很友善。總之體驗很好，適合年輕人居住。據說這個旅館有180年歷史了

房東老夫妻 Jeff & Julie，非常客氣周到，知道我第一次來霍巴特，就拿給我地圖，仔細介紹了周邊環境，以及怎麼去主要景點。酒店格局很英式，精緻，一個人定了最小間，夠用。兩個人的話，可能需要大一點的。

該酒店離市中心有點遠，如果有車還是比較方便的，但要吐槽一下，7月是他們的冬季，客廳有一個空調但制熱不太好，飯廳就慘了，沒空調，穿着棉衣匆匆吃完飯去卧室，但三個卧室衹有一個暖氣片好的，但房間較大也沒覺得暖和，另外兩個房間一個暖氣片壞的，一個沒有暖氣片，經過多次交涉終於把取暖的毯子等電器拿來，原本想退房的，但看他們態度很好，，想着換房麻煩也就算了，（要退房必須晚上8點前說，否則第二天房錢招收）原本想可以睡個好覺，沒想到不斷跳閘，斷電，洗澡洗了一半熱水也沒了，匆匆用冷水擦一下，這是冬天啊晚上衹有5度。多次請他們電工來修，電工也無能為力，電線老舊，屋子牆壁單薄，保暖差，此時已晚上11點了，為了保證後面幾天行程，果斷重新訂房間，第二天一早退房，老外堅決不同意退當天房錢，哪怕是他們的設施問題他們也不答應，當然最後再攜程的調解后結果還是令人滿意的，所以要定這酒店的夥伴們考慮好哦，他們卧室都沒空調的，夏天沒空調我想也難受的吧，不過屋外景色還是不錯的
