As a former vacation rental cleaning biz operator, I was shocked at how little attention to cleanliness and detail there was. The outside of the building looks like a fresh hurricane just hit last week. They've put no money back into the upkeep of this potentially wonderful place. We were charged over $500 for one night for a one bed that had the dirtiest looking mattress. It came with no soap, wasn't very clean, drunken, loud guests kept us up all night. The only upside was the warm pool outside our door and the beach so close. Because we had to book last minute for my 50th, I'm grateful for it but I would not recommend to anyone. Give your money to those who care enough about the property for its upkeep, do not overcharge and pay attention to details with cleanliness because it truly does make a difference when on vacation, having friends over and spending hard earned money.

We have stayed in 4 different units over the years. They are individually owned and have property managers. Very reasonably priced. Located on the drive part of the beach, which makes for fun people watching. All the places we have stayed are nicely kept, no frills. If you like upscale, modern features, this is not the place for you. We like the smaller places and don't mind older kitchen equipment. Everything works! Parking can be a hassle. The county changed the parking on the south side to a pay lot. Main lot fills up easily and you must go across the street. Crossing back and forth on a very busy street can be unnerving at times. We like it and keep coming back, but be aware what you are getting so you are not disappointed.

This disgusting unit should be taken out of service until it’s gutted to the studs and remodeled. We arrived to find the batteries dead in the door lock. No way to get in. Management didn’t respond. No staff on site. Looked up and saw there was a key hanging in the upper corner of the door frame. Anyone could have come into the room since there was an unsecured key on the door frame to the room . No shampoo, soap, paper towels. Almost no dishes. 3 drinking glasses, no dishwasher. Refrigerator with doors swinging the wrong way. The fact that there was no encasement on the mattress was shocking. That’s basic rental 101. Worst place I’ve ever been in

Great locations steps to the beach. Great location with plenty of parking. Suite was spacious and clean. Sofá bed was not as comfortable but ok for a small kid. No elevators so keep that in mind as you might have to walk 3 flights of stairs.

They refunded me 1 nights payment for ALL of the issues we had Zero toiletries, front door lock did work, 1/2 roll of TP no paper towels sand in sheets on one bed. Called 3 different times for help and they kept saying they were waiting for Housekeeping to call back Housekeeping finally came late afternoon of 2 bd day only after owner called

This property has been renovated but they certainly did it on the cheap side it was surface clean but not deep cleaned. The kids pool was filthy The lounge chairs by the gate to the ocean were disgusting You don’t encounter any person working the front desk or lobby because there is no one so when you have a problem good luck. I would not recommend this property
