The building is less than two years old and feels modern and spacious. Our room was clean, quiet and roomy. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was high quality. Luxurious Malin and Goetz toiletries were available to use in our room. It is located in a safe neighborhood with fun shops, restaurants, bars and a coffee shop across the street. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

A Great Hotel in a Quiet Neighborhood I stayed at Travelers New Orleans between March 2-March 5, 2005 during Mardi Gras. It reminded of a hostel with a private room with a full bathroom. It has a common kitchen, a common area and code entry to the building and the room. It was in a decent location of the "Garden District" about a 20-minute walk from the tourist areas of Bourdon Street and the French Quarter. It was only a few block from the parade route, and close to a pickup for the street car. The only recommendation I have is to do a "turn down" every other day to take out the trash and get a new towel.

Our flight landed at 11 a.m. and check in wasn’t until 3 p.m. they were nice enough to allow me to drop my bags off early.

This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love the location. The rooms are great for folks who adventure during the day and need a place to lay their heads at night. Would absolutely recommend!
