Room furniture was dirty, location was good, some staff was great but some was remarkably unfriendly (so rare for NOLA!). Good walking location.

Equipe muito gentil, sempre pronta a ajudar. Localização privilegiada, próximo ao mais interessante de New Orleans. Quarto bom o suficiente. Recomendo bem!

フレンチクウォーターを歩きまわるのに、非常に便利です。 シャワーの水圧が少し弱めです。 フロント横ロビーに、コーヒー、お湯、氷(各階にもあり)等があり、助かります。部屋にも冷蔵庫、レンジがあります。 私は快眠できましたが、結構夜も賑やかです。

施設がとても綺麗ですし、スタッフさんも皆んな優しくて過ごしやすかったです！

The Hotel itself is nice,historic yet a modern feel. Our suite was nice. Shower is nit a tub shower which we like. The only issue was the service. Upon arrival, we got to our room and the light that shines on the historic wall and picture wouldn't work. I asked to have someone fix it and understood it may be the next day. The TVs were nice, butcwhen asked how to get it to actually work, the young lady saud she was learning too. No problem I eventually figured it out. The next day we asked to have our room serviced when we left the room. When we got back the room wasn't serviced and light still wasn't fixed. The next day we asked again to have the room serviced and the light fixed again. When we got back to the room the bed was made, but the two day old towels were still on the floor and the bathroom wasn't cleaned or restocked. They did leave a garbage bag of towels. The light still wasn't fixed but they left an extension chord in a box. We asked for a paper copy of the receipt upon leaving and that seemed a problem, so we just said email it. We travel alot, and this hotel was located in a great area and the room overall was nice, but the attention to details and guest services could be improved.

Air conditioning was very cold. Donna at front desk very helpful and welcoming told us of nearby eateries and restaurants which was very helpful being here for the first time.

Air conditioning was loud and there was another really loud fairly constant noise which may have come from other air conditioners which made it difficult to sleep. A lot of noise from the alley behind the hotel where there were dumpsters. Really terrible weak shower pressure. The room was clean but there was a lime wedge on the floor in the corridor when we checked in and was still there when we checked out 3 days later. Other than that, the location was great and the bed comfortable.

Air conditioning was amazing. The only thing that made the property less desirable was the noise of the people outside driving and with their music very very, very loud!!

Nice staff and cute little hotel in convenient location. But room had one the bed and one small chair, so no place to even really open up suitcase or really sit comfortably.
