The smell when you first enter the hotel is very off, almost weird.. The staff was amazing.. Fix the smell and also the parking, there has to be a way for you all to work something out with the city to assist your guest with the parking.. One last thing up the menu..

Wonderful staff! Maybe not the most sound proof rooms but did not bother me at all. The room and bathroom were clean and absolutely lovely. Absolutely would stay here again.

Decent. Small rooms though without much privacy in the bathroom as the door doesn’t truly shut.

We absolutely loved our stay. From the front desk check in to our overall room. Its so close to everything and very easy for Uber to find us.

When I first got into the room the restroom reeked with the smell of urine. The housekeeper supervisor came and said” I don’t smell what you smell but I’m going to clean it.” When she left, I discovered that the toilet didn’t flush. Maintenance and the same housekeeping supervisor came to the door, The housekeeping supervisor said “is there another problem as thought it was my fault that their crap wasn’t working. And the thermostat wasn’t working and I was cold all night. I hate that place.

They think of everything to make your trip more enjoyable! Very soft & comfy bed! Felt so luxurious

The hotel was very clean with great rooms. The area was perfect for Mardi Gras parades as the parade routes passed near by but the hotel is set back away from the chaos and remained quiet. I would stay at the location again.

Location was great, can easily walk to a lot of great food and shopping. Nice place also, cool interior design and bar

This beautifully restored historical building sits in a prime and walkable location to the best of NOLA and the french quarter. Just beside Canal Place shopping center and the Mississippi River, it is our new go to choice when we visit New Orleans. Other reasons to consider include self parking, cozy rooms and comfortable beds, an outstanding staff, and amazing first floor to work, read or just hang out. One of the best updated bathrooms in the quarter -stay here for that reason alone. And then there are the views of the Mississippi River. Will definitely be staying here again.
