松德爾路易(Sonder the Louie)

******* cometió un error en la fecha de la reserva y me cobraron la misma cuando nosotros ni siquiera estábamos en New Orleans. Terminamos pagando 780 dólares por algo que no utilizamos, ******* no se hizo responsable del error y no dieron atención personalizada al problema. Reiteradamente solicite que escalarán el problema a un supervisor y esto no se hizo, también pedí que vieran mi historial de búsquedas para que identificaran que se habían equivocado en la reserva, porque nunca busqué las fechas que me cobraron y no logré que hicieran caso a ese pedido. Una verdadera lastima, siempre me había ido bien con ******* y esta vez actuaron mal, incluso me descontaron el punto a acumulados por reservas desde hace años, perdí por todas partes, pésima customer experience! Pésima atención al cliente!

Muy cómodo y bien equipado apto. Todo limpio y con muchos amennities. Sonder siempre se destaca. Fácil acceso con clave cerca de innumerables estacionamientos Gran cantidad de restaurantes y lugares donde desayunar

The Louie was conveniently located and was within walking distance of the French Quarter! The apartment was perfect for our family of 6 with enough private space as well as togetherness space. It was nicely appointed, very clean and met all of our needs! However, there were a couple of downsides. The first was the water pressure. It was very low so that using the shower wasn't the greatest. Secondly, you could hear a lot of noise, but hey, you’re in the CITY so it’s to be expected! Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Sonder THE LOUIE!

Nice location and spacious apartment. There were a few items around the place that needed fixing. Beds and furniture were somewhat comfortable, but also seemed very worn in. We had some issues getting help with ceiling fans / floor fans while we stayed in super hot New Orleans weather. The kitchen needs actual cooking tools, what they have is very limited.

I booked a 5 BR stay for a bachelorette trip for 7 of us. Our AC broke on the evening of our 2nd day. Was told maintenance would fix by 10am the next morning. Went back and forth with Sonder for HOURS trying to get someone out there. They didn’t come until around 2:30pm. The problem wasn’t fixed and was told they couldn’t do anything about it. No other rooms were available for us to move. It was over 100° in NOLA as we went in August and our unit was around 85° the entire trip. They offered to bring us fans so we waited for that. They brought 1 fan which was just comical considering we had people in 5 separate bedrooms. We also discovered a cockroach in one of the bedrooms which was disgusting and we needed to trap and get rid of it. They came out the next day to spray the unit but we certainly did not need that on top of all the other issues we experienced with our stay.

The location was fine. The room had plenty of space. It worked but could have been a bit better.

FANTASTIC area. You couldn’t ask for a much better location. There was plenty of anything we needed. I wish the main building door was easier to get into, but that’s not a big deal. Would definitely stay here again!!

The apartment was beautiful and we had plenty of space for our party of 4. We wish we could have stayed longer to make use of all that was provided. The water pressure in the shower was lower than preferred, but I would still give this a 5-star review for the value, location, and other quality comforts

The location is not that glamorous, but the area is very quiet in the central business district. It’s walkable to the French Quarter and many cool restaurants. The beds were comfortable, it had all the basics we needed. Sounder’s service team was excellent if we needed something else. There were no drawers to store things in the bedrooms, but there were empty ones in the kitchen and we used those. One bedroom did not have a closet, but we worked around this. There is a walkable Rouses market just up the street which enabled us to get some groceries. I am a city dweller, but my guests were more suburban and had to get used to sounds traffic going by, garbage pick up, etc. All in all a great stay!
