Very nice place to stay in New Orleans. Clean and well located with professional staff. We felt safe in the area and were close to good restaurants. Walking distance to historic downtown is 25-28 minutes. We liked it very much and will come back.

Beautiful decor, intoxicating fragrance being pumped in, arts/museum district and Magazine Street shopping so close by. Also pretty close to French Quarter and Insectarium/Aquarium though removed enough to avoid too much traffic. Ease of access. Helpful bellman - thank you, Chip. I also loved that we were on the 3rd floor near the gym. Adequate amenities in the gym. (However, there was no soap nor hand sanitizer in the dispensers. Kind of important in workout areas). View of the WWII Museum. Rooftop bar. Convenient coffee stand. Really, it's a beautiful hotel.
Negatives - $45/night parking in the garage is ridiculous

Tout était presque parfait, sauf le stationnement qui nous a coûté très cher pour notre séjour de 4 jours. Il y a des stationnements gratuits ou moins cher aux alentours, mais on ne le savait pas.

Very clean, quiet and beautiful. Only “negative” was the housekeeping service consistency. We were there 5 nights and room was only cleaned the first night, then I had to find housekeeper on 4th day and ask her to please come clean. Waitstaff in all dining/bar facilities were exceptional. The darn espresso machine broke the morning we arrived so sadly, we never got to truly experience the cute coffee shop. A beautiful hotel.

My nephew and I were in NOLA to visit the WW11 museum. It was so convenient to stay across the street in a lovely hotel that carried this theme in decor. The room we stayed in worked out perfectly for us with the hide a bed in the living room area. We were very comfortable and the room was immaculate. We ate breakfast in the restaurant and the food was delicious. We had two dinners in the rooftop Rosie’s which were also good. It would have been nice to see more variety on the upstairs menu in the way of non traditional LA fare. The restaurant downstairs offered gluten free bread but that wasn’t an option upstairs. Very polite service everywhere. Highly recommend.
