蒙特萊昂飯店(Hotel Monteleone)

Had a fantastic time at the montelrone, we stayed at two hotels whilst in New Orleans and this was by far the best. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially the door men. We even found ourself coming back there to use the bar even when we were staying in the another hotel for the second part of our week.

très belle chambre confortable dans la nouvelle aile de l'hotel. Espace piscine sur le toit très agréable. Le carousel bar est TRES bruyant comme tout ce type d'endroits aux USA. Le personnel à l'écoute et d'un abord agréable. Une mention spéciale pour Kathy qui sert au petit déjeuner. Restauration de qualité. Dommage que l'air conditionné poussé à fond transforme les salles de congrès en glacière ...

Excelente hotel ubicado en el corazón del French Quartier. Lo único, - a mi gusto -, malo, es el aire acondicionado de los ambientes comunes, puesto a 18°C, cuando en la calle hace 35 o 40°! Pero por supuesto, en la habitación uno puede graduarlo com quiere. Excelente también el restaurante.

The Hotel Monteleone is a fabulous place to stay in the Big Easy! From the doormen to the desk clerks to the servers in the restaurant to the spacious, clean rooms to the location...it is perfect! Location. The Monteleone is an easy walk to everything, including Jackson Square, the Palm Court Jazz Club/Restaurant, Frenchmen Street (music!), and even Bourbon Street (one walk down Bourbon Street is enough for us). It also is an easy walk to the Trolley, which travels to many favorite places, including the Garden District. Our room! WOW! Spacious, clean, and quiet. Good pillow. Comfortable bed. Great for a quick nap in the afternoon and a great night's sleep after staying out late. Breakfast in the restaurant. My husband just said..."I'm still thinking about that breakfast at the Monteleone!" (He had chicken and biscuits.) Each of us in our group had something different...avocado toast, fresh fruit, beignets, wonderful coffee...and we were very happy with the meal. Plus...the service is fantastic. I could go on and on, but will close by saying that there is a great reason why we always stay at the Hotel Monteleone when we visit New Orleans...one of our favorite U.S. cities.

From check in to check out, we had the most amazing experience staying here and I’ll start with this: customer service! we got in a little later and were tired from traveling so rather than explore the French quarter, we grabbed dinner at criollo where mayur was our server. He was SO knowledgeable and attentive and friendly. We were checked on by the manager, Mr. Dupree and this is where our stay really took off. He went over the whole list we’d brought with us to tell us what was really worth doing in the city! That guy? KNOWS New Orleans! He’s a gem. We spent several stops into the hotel chatting with him about the history of the city and it was an absolute pleasure feeling like we had a friend who worked there. He was also our tour guide if you will at the iberville tower cocktail experience at the carousel bar (lauren was our bartender, and just another testament to the service of the hotel!). It was an hour long and WELL worth it. Tim was the new manager on shift for the next few days and he picked up right where Dupree left off. He treated us like we were family at the property and made sure our dinner experience at le petit chef was incredible (another “to do” I highly suggest! The interactive dinner was such a cool experience.) our room was beautiful! The service superb! The hotel employees wonderful! I’m not sure we could ever stay somewhere else on a trip back to the cool city of New Orleans! (Honorable mentions of great employees was Wadzie at the front desk, and I believe it was either Roy or Ray at Criollo who assisted mayur). 10/10!!! Happy holidays to anyone lucky enough to spend time at the Monteleone.

Earl the pool operator and team at the pool are amazing! The experience continues to exceed expectations. Thanks for continuing to promote guest experiences and making those above and beyond other locations in NOLA!

The hotel is in an excellent location in the French Quarter. Love the old world feel. Rooms are very nice and staff accommodating. Very enjoyable! Pool on the roof was wonderful. Earl the Pool Operator was exceptionally helpful and enjoyable to deal with. Thank you Earl for making our vacation a little more fun.

Still here, but had to write review now. Hotel Monteleone is in the perfect location; near, easy walk, to all the fun, music and restaurants of the French Quarter, but wonderfully elegant and quiet. And 5-10 minute car ride to the other areas and 20 to jazz festival. We opted to stay in the new tower with those amenities, no real view but nice room, great AC , turndown service and wonderfully quiet at night which matters to me a lot. Roof pool, gym and spa there, but then we also enjoy the beautiful areas of original hotel which are meticulously kept up. Best perhaps is the staff. To a person, everyone we interact with is extremely helpful, nice, and smiling which creates the greatest atmosphere. I especially have to call out to Pamela Williams, their Manager of Uniforms. She overheard me quietly asking at the gift shop where could I buy just a banana, we were leaving for a tour but that i was a little nauseous from morning medicines. She came to me immediately, told me to wait right there and ran to grab several for me. When she returned with them she whispered to me that her mom also takes strong morning meds with a banana so she understands. I almost cried, what empathy and what an example of going WAY beyond the job of hospitality & customer service. I want management and the family owners to know they should be extremely proud and appreciative of Ms Williams and of all their staff, they are doing Hotel Monteleone proud and your best marketing/sales ambassadors! We will return.

Thisbplace has no heart. We had reservations for our 13th wedding anniversary starting today. My wife had a stroke last night and we are in the icu still. The hotel is refusing to cancel reservations and provide a refund.
