Hôtel très propre, bien décoré, literie confortable. Très bien situé, à Même pas 10min à pieds du French quarter et du Mississippi. Proche des commodités, plein de resto et de petit dej à proximité. Très bon accueil, personnel agréable. Je recommande vivement!

El baño es diminuto. Nos tocó la TV de lado de la cama y así no era la foto que aparecía en *******. Y el colchón es de muy baja calidad, tenia un hoyo en el centro, no hay alfombra en el piso y estaba helado el piso. Un dia nos hicieron la limpieza a las 6 pm y es un horario no practico puesto que estabamos descansando. Lo unico bueno del hotel es la ubicación y el horario del bar y cocina.

Disappointed. “Autograph Collection” properties are supposed to be a step above, but this one hasn’t been maintained. Paid for a larger room, found out the slight increase came at the expense of a smaller, one sink bathroom – and our room had frosted windows that didn’t open and apparently went to a narrow space between buildings! Cheaper rooms had two sinks, more space for toiletries. Reported a flickering light, maintenance came, didn’t fix it; light completely died three days later. Never going back.

The stay was comfortable. Room service came each day to clean the rooms and provide fresh towels and make the bed. The downstairs restaurant I wouldn’t recommend. The one staff member was alone making all the food while two others weren’t helping and caused an issue with another guest staying there. The bar is worth checking out for a quick drink. Make sure to check the beds to make sure there aren’t stains and what not. The bathroom doors had a sliding barn door and walls are thin so you can hear what’s going on outside but that would be expected staying in downtown near all the activities.

Muy mala experiencia. Yo ya había recomendado anteriormente esa propiedad a otras personas debido a sus reseñas sin conocerla; sin embargo, ahora que tuve la oportunidad de hospedarme ahi me lleve la peor decepción. Un lugar con pésimo mantenimiento y personal con mala actitud. Nos robaron dentro del hotel y nunca nos mostraron las camaras, la caja de seguridad no funcionó, fue personal a revisar y nunca regreso nadie a arreglarla , vivimos con una gotera constante en el lavamanos que nunca arreglaron segun ellos para no empeorar la fuga, mi hija se cortó con un clavo de varios que había expuestos en la madera del piso. Durabte dos dias hubo un carro de herramientas abandonado afuera de nuestro cuarto, bolsas de basura en los pasillos, etc. El lugar pudiera ser increible con un gran concepto sin embargo está claro que el lugar esta mal manejado y con muy mal mantenimiento. Una pena ya que debió ser un gran lugar y la ubicación es excelente. Sugiero buscar otra opción. Sin duda no lo recomiendo.

I was really disappointed in this hotel and I'm surprised it's allowed to keep the Autograph brand. First, check in. The hotel is split between two buildings and when I asked if I was in one of the buildings with the rest of my group, the woman checking me literally rolled her eyes at me, sighed and muttered a 'yes'. Next, the public areas. I checked in at 3pm. There were piles of dirty sheets and towels in the elevator alcove on my floor. I understand it's still cleaning hours but are there not bins to place the soiled linens in? I've never seen them just piled up in the hallway at other hotels. In the evening, there were half-empty cleaning carts stashed in the stairway, so not only was it difficult to open the door but if there was an emergency and anyone was required to use the stairs, the carts would have impeded our exit. Finally, the room itself. The photos on ********** and the hotel website itself are a complete misrepresentation of the condition of this hotel. The windows were tiny with chicken wire and frosted glass totally blocking the view and mostly blocking any light from entering. The curtains were broken. There was a hole in the wall where someone kicked it in. The TV had a white line all the way across it. The sink stopper was unattached and just laying in the sink. Overall, the hotel was in a state of neglect and disrepair. For it's part, the room was pretty clean and the lobby bartenders were pleasant and efficient.

Overall our stay was nice. However, the rooms front a busy street and the noise was disturbing. Also, the outlets built into the headboard for phone charging were not working.

There was a huge water leak in my bathroom. They had to drain 6 buckets of water after I called to say water was rushing down from the ceiling. Then I hate to clean the shower because Maintenance threw it in the shower

Great facility, only thing front desk people looked lost. Check in was a long process.
