Great location at the garden district. Easy access to the tram ride. Staffs were friendly. If you like the old new orleans flares this would be the perfect hotel for you We had the suite. Beds were very comfortable. Extra living room was perfect. Don't miss out on their amazing rooftop bar view. However the hotel needs some remodeling. Carpet is old, bathroom outlet isn't working. Bathroom overall needs update. Needs more light fixture. 1 elevator is not operating. Another one was down for half a day.

When checking out of the hotel please get a statement from the Front Desk. I left the hotel on Sunday and that Tuesday I was charged for snacks and water that I did not purchase. I had to call and get a refund for the snack items. This is utterly ridiculous and will never stay at that hotel again. If it was done to me who else, they are doing this too.

Such a unique hotel, So much true New Orleans character. And our suite was spacious and comfortable. Only complaint is that 1 of the 2 elevators was broken. The broken elevator was the one that took guests to the rooftop bar. The other elevator just went to the 11th floor and everyone exited by our door including lots of loud, drunk people. Was not ideal.

Excellent location to enjoy Mardi Gras parades. Over the top friendly and caring staff. Hotel has character and charm.

I honestly wouldn't stay anywhere else. Friendly staff, everything you need is on the property. Great bar, great cafe, great restaurant, excellent second bar with rooftop view of whole city. Within walking distance of magazine street in the gorgeous Garden District, packed with shops and restaurants. The street car is just outside to take you to the French Quarter or you can Uber for under $10. You get that old New Orleans feeling with some modern amenities. Highly recommended

Fabulous boutique hotel. The Bar and restaurant on the property are excellent. And the staff are incredibly kind. I would absolutely stay here again!

Fun and eclectic with phenomenal dining; great transportation opportunities for the entire city while quiet at site.

I had high hopes after reading multiple reviews from many different sources that this hotel is a gem. I love a charming, old-world, boutique hotel, but this wasn’t it. We arrived in the middle of the night walked through a very rundown lobby and checked into
