1st arrive no parking valet had parking on corner until spot open the street, cleck not nice. Day 2,try to die for coffee door won’t open it took them 30) after call,last day leaving after breakfast which was bad, I tell front please my car well it there because they brought car that a guest was checking, I give this 1. I stt to a the Saturday 2 until Monday 4

Marlem wife travel to New Orleans on business without me. I reserved a hotel room and paid for it and received an itinerary number and a confirmation number. However, when she arrived at the front desk, they would not allow her to check in because I was not there. She had a credit card and her drivers license and they still would not let her check in. She had the lady at the front desk called me and I talk to the lady and I begged her to please check my wife into her room, and she refused. She told me to download some app and try to get my money back. She told me to call ******* and try to get my money back. She was horrible. She was inconsiderate. She was rude and she was ugly and if she was my employee I would fire her and that’s a result of her actions so I will never ever stay in your hotel. I have 200 clients and every opportunity I get I will let them know how your front desk person , I could say things about étude I could say more of that accounts for her and her behavior but I’m not allowed to say that so I’ll keep it to myself but just know you have a horrible employee representing you at the front desk. She insulted my wife she offended me. Can you believe I paid for the room? I lost my money I lost my money. Do you wanna make me happy send my money back to me and I would like I’ve written apology from that hotel. I’ve been with ******* a very long time, and I spent a lot of money for *******. The hotel was nearby the French Quarter, making it convenient to walk to places. Check in was easy. The lobby ear clean. The people were friendly. Let's talk about the room....we booked a double king. Right when you open the door you're met with a wall and the beds were to the left. Not easy to put your bags inside. The mattress was fairly firm, which is fine for me. The pillows were awful though, unless you like squishy pillows that go flat. Next let's talk about the bathroom. I took a shower the first night and noticed I had flooded the floor. On the bottom of the door glass was missing the flap that holds water in. I also noticed large cracks in the shower surround, so there was or is going to be a lot of water damage inside the wall. It took about 8-10 minutes for the water to get hot. That seems wasteful to let a shower run for so long just to warm up enough to comfortably take a shower. We had to ask if they would refill the hand sanitizer by the elevator a couple times, still never was refilled. Overall, I had higher expectations from a Marriott property and this one fell short. I was here on business and brought a friend along. Next time I come to NOLA, I'll look elsewhere.

The Hotel is in a good location and has a very friendly and accommodating staff. However, the Hotel is somewhat old and outdated. It could us some updating. Example, paint, new carpet, updated lobby.

The location is wonderful. Staff most especially Brian was extremely helpful. I was able to utilize their computer which allowed me not to bring my own laptop. I love that they kept their air conditioner running high since it was hell outside; too hot and humid. Overall, it is such a pleasant trip.

Had to request towels multiple times every day when went to desk to request again what was delivered was not the 4 towels and washcloths for 4 people. Our room was never cleaned. We were not told we had to ask for change of towels and room to be cleaned. Our trash was never taken out. We did not have a tag on the door to not disturb. In fact every time we went to the desk to request towels we told them we would be out, upon returning no towels were brought.The female on the first day could not be imposed upon. Had 1 washer and dryer. When I washed my small load of clothes and placed them in the dryer 45 minutes they were not dried. I went to the front desk to tell them and asked if there was anywhere I could het them dried. They said I could bring them down and they would have housekeeping get them dried and get them back. 4 hours later I went to the front desk, they went and got them for me.
