溫莎苑(The Windsor Court)

The location was perfect, so close to the French Quarter, great food, and the water. Great welcoming service started when we arrived in the rental car. Bell hop was very attentive and full of answers for our questions of the area. We visited the pool and it was nicely arranged with several seating options. We did not order food but it was available along with your choice of beverage. Service at the pool was very friendly. We were also visited at our room asking if we need any water, room service, or anything else. We did use the concierge for dinner suggestions, and the food was great! The Windsor Court Hotel does offer a few restaurant choices however being in New Orleans for one night we wanted to experience its culture.

The hotel needs a total renovation. Our room was dark with only one sink. The shower was an old bath with glass around the tub-aweful. The furniture was old fashioned. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone. For $1,000 bucks a nite we felt totally ripped off.

Pleasant staff. Clean property. Slightly dated. carpets, furniture and fixtures show the age. Probably it is by design to keep the old charm

It’s impossible to find any flaws at this hotel. The entire staff are the best anywhere! This stay we were in a large room with separate sitting area, but all the rooms are comfortable. Concierge level was excellent as well. Thanks for another memorable stay! Merry Chris**as!

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service. In easy walking distance to many tourist sites.

Everything was top notch here. The service the cleanliness and the location was excellent. The only thing that stands out to me was the bed was too soft but manageable. ****** was literally right across the street and bourbon st was a 15 minute walk. Definitely will come back and stay here
