We thought this was a 5* property. The price you pay far exceeds the service, food, drinks, experiences you receive. This is our first time to a Sandals and sadly it will our last. The resort itself is a 3 star and I was hoping with great food and service it would be upgraded to a 4 or even 5 star. Sadly that was not the case. The food was average at best. Sometimes even not even edible. There is little to no fresh fruits and or local cuisine. The service is 1* as we didn’t find any of the staff to be friendly…it felt like they were just going through the motions and sometimes downright rude. The drinks were horrible as well … the bartenders had no idea what they were doing nor did they even care. I felt like I had to beg for a drink and getting anything top shelf was nearly impossible. We were told Tito’s is an up charge. Lol. Tito’s. . I honestly feel like all the other reviews are fake or they have never been to a quality all inclusive resort. After 4 nights of sleepless nights due to the thumping we heard until 1 am each night we requested a quieter room. At first we were told no they couldn’t move us and we decided to leave the next day. Magically they were able to accommodate the move and we decided to stay however the stay really didn’t get much better. The beach is really not swimmable as there is sea grass so we just hung by the pool each day to hear the same play list and crappy service each day. Save your money …go to another all inclusive where they actually want your business. You have been warned. Here are some pics of the stained carpet, the outdated room, the “premium” liquor.

Maravillosas instalaciones , una playa extensa y realmente bella y tranquila un real placer , los restaurantes a la carta están muy bien, piscinas y jacuzzis perfectos , lindas tiendas y una exquisita cafetería francesa habitaciones amplias y cómodas luminosas y con una tina en la terraza , baño amplio , cómodo y excelentes amenities. Rico vino en las habitaciones aunque me hubiese degustado algún snack en el frigo bar.

The people were great. Manager Alicia was perfect. Oral a cook at Jasmines was great and made me a special spicy plate!!! Roderick the bartender was fun and very good. Dance and water aerobics instructors were funny and nice.

De superbe vacances au SSC nous avions un Rondoval avec un butler que nous avons particulièrement adoré. Notre butler Makida était vraiment à l’écoute je vous la recommande à 100% Nous avons pris un transport privé de l’aéroport jusqu’à SSC on a aussi beaucoup apprécié notre chauffeur Delroy.

Sandals South Coast did not disappoint! The resort and grounds were AMAZING, the grounds keepers were on-point, it was amazing! Room and view were excellent. Our butlers Shamar and Jamoy were GREAT we would suggest them! Also have to give a shout out to our friends butlers Ricardo and Clive (woo hoo Clive ) they were also GREAT! We had a beach cabana and it was wonderful our cabana butler was Maxine and GIRL was on FIRE, we LOVED Maxine and wish her the best with her upcoming baby ❤️! Entertainment was phenomenal and the singers and dancers were so good! Want to give a special shout out to Shavia (aka Barbie) and Khaj they were so wonderful, fun and entertaining! Lastly the people who kept us full and happy… Kevin aka the Omelet King at the buffet, he not only cooked an amazing breakfast he came out chatted with guests and truly made us feel at home! Rose at Neptunes took care of us during dinner and did not disappoint, she was so attentive and sweet and just down right genuine! On a rather sour note the bartenders at this resort (pool bars, neptunes, martini bar ALL of them) were the worst we have experienced in almost 20 years of sandals vacations. We did not let this discourage our fun or vacation but thought it was significant enough to note.. Lastly, Shamar our bus driver on the way to airport from SSC was the BOMB! He did an amazing job! There were a ton of others who made this an unforgettable vacation even whilst facing Hurricane Melissa! We would highly recommend this resort!

The property was very lovely flowers was excellent and well maintaind. very relaxing and the staff was very friendly and helpfull in all arears.
