The hotel was extremely nice And very clean. We had a queen suite and it was very spacious with a separate bedroom, kitchen and living room area. The bed was very comfortable . We were able to sign into the Netflix app on the tv which was convenient. The shower head was solid with lots of water pressure. The area was nice and quiet. I would definitely book this hotel in the future when visiting the Utica area again. Downtown Utica is about 10 minutes away while downtown New Hartford is about 2-3 miles away which gives you access to many restaurants choices.

Love the location and everything was really clean. The building looks like it’s brand new! Strongly suggest

Loved our check in lady! Couldn't check in early but on New Year's Eve that's not too surprising! They did get us in by 3! Loved the pool and the coffee/hot cocoa! Room was large and nice! Tv remote and heating was not working right but maintenance came immediately and fixed our issues! Otherwise very nice and we've stayed here before and will again!

Overall Townplace Suites is fine, the mattress on one side of the pull out was not sanitary, not the side you’d sleep on, but I saw it and so I pushed it right back in to the couch position. When I arrived, they were doing parking lot maintenance during a high peak travel time and so is EXTREMELY inconvenient and not enough spaces for everyone staying and we’re so packed in that I just hope no one hits my car! Plus we have to have all our vehicles moved to the opposite side of the parking lot by 8 am I can only imagine what this is gonna like like at 730am!! If I had known this, I would have looked elsewhere! Lastly, the biggest issue was check in. I booked through ******* and when I arrived they said they could not honor my booking as they are over booked and I was on some call list, but she didn’t have my number! ******* didn’t share my number?? What! And how is this even possible?? If ******* is booking for the hotels, they best have the most accurate information! Imagine if I didn’t check in til dark! Or late!!! I’d be sleeping in my car! At best, this hotel is nicer than sleeping in my car but it is off my list of places to stay at. I will end this review with the staff has been super incredible and pleasant and even though I was super annoyed at the check in issues, Tricia was amazing and kept her cool and was funny in an appreciated by me way. She was wonderful and tried other hotels for me and as I was leaving a cancellation happened,So I got a different room

Was definitely a suite with refrigerator and stove top and room was good size with enough closet and drawers for comfortable extended stay. Room was very clean and modern and tv selections including Netflix was a nice way to wind down the day. Will stay here again for sure! Thanks!
