繽旅阿什瑞飯店

We were booked into this property for four nights on booking(dotcom). Firstly the hotel asked for a deposit to ‘secure the rooms’ , this was outside of the *********** processes( specifically says ‘pay at property, no pre payment). Following payment, no confirmation was provided . Multiple calls and emails yielded no result . We finally got confirmation after a family friend had to visit the property and request for the confirmation to be sent On arriving at the property and being checked into the rooms, we discovered the pictures do not match those online AT ALL. There were stains on the bed , remnants of food spilling a, mould in the refrigerator and very very unclean toilet bowl. We were forced to leave and request a refund . They have provided only refund for the payment provided at the property and not the amount required to ‘secure it’ initially paid. Very disappointed !! !
