There was no HOT water!!!!! Despite complaining the day that i checked in about it. the next morning, the same issue no hot water. they asked that i keep running the water for 5 mins, i told that the water had been running for more that half an hour.......

The location in general is good.

Das Atrio Hotel in Delhi liegt sehr angenehm nahe dem Intenationalen Flughafen. Das ist sowohl bei der Ankunft, da ja viele intenationalen Flüge sehr spät landen, als auch für eine frühern Abflug ein großer Vorteil. Das Hotel liegt ruhig in einem kleinen Garten. Gute saubere Zimmer und sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.

Traumatic experience at this property. I had one room and my female colleagues had another. The first room they were given had heavy fungus infestation and the staff just shrugged it off. The next day they were shifted to another room where the hot water didn't work - Delhi was at 9-12 degrees and the staff again did nothing. The worst was yet to come. One of the ladies left and the other was alone in the room. The staff knew that we had an early morning flight. They started calling her room at 11:45 pm, woke her up and told her that there was an AC main in her room that needed to be fixed immediately, as the hotel was full and other guests were complaining - a complete lie, half the hotel was empty. She protested that how could they expect her to allow technicians in her room so late at night, but they kept insisting. 3-4 men entered her room, spent 15 minutes there, did absolutely nothing and left. They did the same thing again at 12:30 am and then again at 1:15 am. They then forced her to vacate her room at 1:35 and forcibly shifted her to another room (claiming all the while that the hotel was completely full). She was concerned for her safety and well being so complied. Each time 3-4 men entered her room and stayed there for 15-20 minutes doing nothing at all. I realised next morning - from the food dishes piled in the corridor - that all this was because a group of men were partying in a close by room and since her room was close, the hotel staff intimidated and forced a single young woman to vacate her room to oblige them and lied about it. When confronted in the morning, the staff present continued to lie and disclaimed all responsibility saying that this outrageous behaviour with a young woman was at the instruction of their manager Pradeep Sharma who was not available and they had nothing more to say. They said this Pradeep Sharma would call us to speak to us, and of course that was another lie. This property is not safe, especially for women. The property is unkept, not maintained, unhygienic, and in shambles - a definite health risk. The staff is rude, unconcerned, except for trying to fleece customers and completely refuses to cater to any complaints. The food is far below standard. Anyone who values their safety and health must definitely stay away. Women especially, please be very concerned for your personal safety if you are here. I sensed that customer harassment is fairly common here. The worst part is that when I called them 5 days later to ask for my bill - that I had been promised would be emailed in 5 minutes - this Pradeep Sharma spoke to me and was totally unapologetic claiming that their behaviour was necessary and nothing wrong has been done. This property needs to be investigated.

This is a 3 star hotel. We had the room in the banner at the TripAdvisor page and it's been photoshopped. Wish I had took a picture. Staff very unwelcoming. No alcohol. Asked for two coffees instead and and got two microwaved cups of coffe. Reason may have been wedding party on Friday night. Not many guests I saw at all but thumping music. I asked when does wedding music stop at reception to sleep to catch early flight. 'Twelve reception said'...OK its a wedding but did not say music stopped and constant tannoy and drum went on till 3am. A few guests party in their rooms....TIL 4AM Restaurant early evening empty but party started AROUND 9 with thumping music and had to hunt receptionist in the morning to check out. Dirty, not well kept and reminded me of "the shining " Only good thing is close to the airport... but so are otters

An another regret to inform the hotel management that my recent stay at your hotel was not as pleasant as I had hoped it would be. While the staff was friendly and helpful, the facilities in the hotel room were severely lacking. Firstly, the room was not adequately cleaned when I arrived. There were visible stains on the carpet and furniture, and the bathroom was not cleaned properly. I was disappointed with the facilities in the hotel room and felt that they did not meet the standards that I expect from a hotel of this caliber. The washroom is relatively very small in size making it difficult to move around. Further, the bathroom door did not have a working knob leaving the room unlocked while someone was in. The towel holders were right beside the shower making it vulnerable and prone to getting wet. Additionally, the shampoo and other toiletries were used ones from the previous guest. The management did not even change those making it very inconvenient. I hope that you will take my feedback into consideration and take the necessary steps to improve the facilities in your hotel rooms in the future.
