Pas tout à fait propre,pas tout à fait sale bof c'est l'inde .C'est l'Inde aussi pour le BRUIT .C'est un hotel qui sert avant tout de couchage aux gens présent aux mariages et fêtes en tous genres c'est pratique de dormir sur place mais pour les touristes pas questions de dormir...........Cris,rires portes qui claquent ....... les couloirs : c'est le souk.

Localisation peu pratique, loin des centres d'intérêts. Cher pour ce qu'est l'hôtel : chambre OK, mais pas de fitness, buffet très médiocre, accueil peu agréable. Seule la piscine est correcte. A déconseiller pour un tel prix.

I stayed here with my girlfriend during our second visit to India, and it was also our second time at this hotel. We requested an early check-in and were fortunate to receive it. The restaurant service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Beautiful And Earthy Property. I came on family trip to this magnificent property and to my surprise I got to know they upgraded me to a pool side room very beautiful Room. Thank you so much for this lovely gesture. We had dinner in the Blue Groto Restaurat and tase was so good, Poola was very clean and we enjoyed alot. The staff are professional , well mannered and very welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and clean, smooth check in and check out process and overall it was a wonderful experience. Thankyou would love to visit again.

I recently stayed at The Tivoli during the 21st Delhi international chess tournament, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. The staff were incredibly friendly, cooperative, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort. From providing quiet spaces for study to accommodating special requests, they truly made my stay stress-free and enjoyable. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, but it was the humble and attentive staff that really made the experience stand out. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend The Tivoli for its excellent service and welcoming atmosphere.

The property ambience is excellent and well maintained. But the service quality is very disappointing. The WiFi speed is pathetic and I had stand outside the hotel even to book an uber. The front office has no information about any local locations nor do they bother to provide any assistance with the trip. The room service is pathetic and the staff are extremely unprofessional and untrained. I ordered for a tea in the room strong and with masala , they just got me a very plain tea which they fill in a big kettle in the cafeteria and I called room service and informed them that I had specifically asked for STRONG masala tea and what I got was neither strong and had no flavor , he said thank you and kept the phone down. I called again at the front desk and complained , they arranged for another tea which was basically the same as they first . They guy just came with a kettle and told me at the door , “take your tea “!! And handed over the kettle , took back the cup and spoon and tray that was brought earlier. I complained again and returned it again and that I will give my reviews , then they apologized and said that they will get another tea , it was 8.30pm by then and I already had two glasses of warm water and I redivided to just go for dinner. At the time of bill settlement they don’t even bother to reverse the tea bill that was actually returned. After I ordered the tea , the delivery guy insisted on payment of Rs 413/- immediately for room service , I had to call front office again. In short my entire evening was ruined. Next day during checkout I requested for cab to airport, I was just informed they they have no cab service and I can told to service providers myself and find a ride. 5 star hotel providing 3 star service
