very clean the hotel room we had. what we didn't care for is when we checked in, the check in lady kept harping about a players card. We told her we didn't have one, but she did insist us to get one. told her once we we settled in, we will get one. she tell us about the $10 free play. We haven't been there for years. We will come back again though. This issue will not keep us from staying at the Mountaineer.

Very clean, friendly staff. Rooms large in hotel (cant speak as to lodge). Drinks at bars reasonably priced as compared to other casinos in PA ans MD. Downside only 1 dining option on a monday night after 7. Surrounding area does not have any restaurants etc. Will definitrly go back.

Everything was great except the bed. We got the king suite and the bed was so hard it was like laying on the floor.

Over all was a nice trip,Bed was comfy shower clean was a little noisy and hard to sleep in after 7.

Thank you for the great night stay the only thing I noticed was the mattress was way harder than most places half as nice as yours.

Average, older and dank ******. Our shower had a loud heavy stream of water all night long. The drinks should be free so you at least you feel you get something for your money.

The mahogany "sports bar" should be renamed restaurant. We had a party of twelve, but the manager wouldn't allow the staff to combine tables to accommodate us or turn up the volune on the televisions while the football game wss on. Instead we had to listen to pop music. Even the food for the sports bar was brought accross the building on a dirty cart. Don't think that we'll be eating there again.

The only restaurant open, Gatsby restaurant had low quality and expensive food. The bathtub drain plug did not hold water and the phone in the room was unable to connect with the front desk. I also found out upon arrival that ******* charges $60 per day more than if you book the hotel directly

Very convenient for the area In which I needed to stay. Great dining options.
