Ok location and hotel wasn’t that great. I would book again if I was the area just because of location.

We were in the area for 3 days and it was a nice home base. Close to downtown Portsmouth & I-95. The gentleman that was at the front desk was welcoming, very polite & super helpful. The world needs more people like him! A nice place to stay at a very fair price!

Room was incredibly humid even with the air conditioning on because the bathroom vent fan was broken. Our beach towels and bathroom towels stayed wet for days after one use. No milk at breakfast for multiple mornings. Breakfast attendants would laugh every time someone asked if there was milk. However, front desk staff was very friendly and nice. Location was convenient to outlets and the beach, but for the price I would expect a functioning room.

Stay was nice, Roundabout Diner nearby was delicious, room was clean and neat and stocked with the necessities. Something outside or on a lower floor came on and ran for a few minutes over and over all night but this hotel is near the interstate so noise should be expected I guess.

Staff was wonderful! We found out when checking out we could have gone to the Holiday in and used the pool and get percentage off of food. This should be details shared verbally when checking in. It was provided on a small paper with other info like Wi-Fi details- but verbally would be better.

Very good hotel ! Clean and big room. The pillows were to small and to soft. The girl at the front desk when we arrived was not welcoming. The staff member the next morning were very happy and smiley which was nice !

The room I had was severely over priced. Bathroom was tiny, no closet and fridge and microwave sat on the floor in the corner. Breakfast area is tiny. $75 a nite room for sure
