住了五天四晚，早餐很不錯 ，服務也還好吧，前台的女接待態度一般般。強烈建議離開的時候uber, 不要前台叫車，前台叫車30美金。uber200埃磅。

前台服務很不錯，非常積極熱情幫助客人。環境安靜、衞生。 但是缺少吧枱，沒有酒吧，不方便小聚，希望能跟凱賓斯基酒店一樣提供酒水

酒店偏商務，各方面都大，有地下停車場25鎊1晚，適合自駕的人，周邊沒有店鋪，早餐正常水平，現烙阿拉伯大餅好吃，施工裝修工藝質量比較差。

定了三天，一個小時內想改為週一週二合計二天再加週五一天，酒店代理説酒店不同意，攜程還説黑鑽客户可以免費取消，都是騙人的鬼，最後客服小姐姐還算好，多了給了三百現金券，還是虧了1200

新開羅的豪華酒店，大堂大到無邊，進門要安檢，相當安全。 房間浴室床都超大，安靜。 周邊就是各種工地，塵土飛揚。 走10分鐘有相當高級的購物餐飲。 交通衹能靠開車。

出差前往開羅預訂的酒店，酒店的環境比較安靜，包車前往機場，不堵車的話還是比較便利的；包車前往景區，也比較方便。

早去了還收我50美元的早入住費50美元，不推薦，服務也不好。

非常差，門僮拒絕泊車，態度傲慢無禮。酒店沒有USB接口充電，找前台要插頭經過三小時輪番踢皮球解決。詢問問題都是沒有迴音，不了了之。不會來第二次了
