The FIRST noise complaint received after quiet hour is a $250 fine. Any additional noise complaints results in immediate termination of the remainder of your stay with no refund. So, stay inside if you’re going to make noise and keep the windows closed :) Any cars parked in the grass will be $250 fine per car. RESERVATION CHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL.. NO FIRES GUESTS MUST CLEAN UP ALL GARBAGE OUTSIDE FROM THE YARD EVERY NIGHT. $50 EXCESSIVE CLEANUP FEE IF GARBAGE IS LEFT OUTSIDE. Guests are responsible for taking care of cleaning up any furniture and keeping the grill clean (if used) upon departure. Host reserves the right to request for drivers license or passport photos of all guests in the reservation at anytime. Failure to provide proof of identity with the host will result in a termination of our agreement without refund. Legal: This property is a single family home and is only available as such to either (a) a family living as a single housekeeping unit or (b) up to 4 unrelated persons living as a single housekeeping unit. This property is not available for transient rental, and as such, the length of booking is required to be no less than week and in multiples of one week. Thermostats are set to a threshold of 68-72 degrees. Please plan accordingly. Early check-in and late check-out must be paid for at the time they are approved. No refunds.
