This great condo is in a fantastic location. Located about 50 yards from the Comal River and about three blocks from the center of New Braunfels. One mile to Schlitterbahn. 3.8 miles to to Gruene, TX. This condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized between all guests. Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $40 per animal per stay.I am the owner of this condo and it is a full time short term rental. There is a nice elevator to this condo. No extra guests, visitors or pets without owner approval. Sorry, no service annimals.ive had too many problems. Have fun but please remember pick up your mess & do not leave trash outside.1. All four bedrooms are on the 2nd level. Only the sleeper sofa & couch are on the bottom floor.2. Home is on the corner. During busy season, there’s more traffic/ noise fromoccasional cars blaring music driving by and people walking by to the river during the day.3. There is no fenced in yard. However, you have the porch, gas grill, & gazebo to enjoy!4. The back of the house has a parking lot. The home has eight reserved parking spaces closest to the house. The other parking spaces are managed by Park Mobile.5. We have security cameras facing the parking lot & entrances to the house.HOSTING A SMALL GET TOGETHER OR MIRCO WEDDING?Let us know! We require that you book the Union Haus for at least two nights. Plus there is an additional $300 charge. The Union Haus is perfect for gatherings.
