SureStay Hotel by Best Western New Braunfels

This is an older facility on a very busy street corner. Our room was loud with sirens and traffic sounds late into the evening. The breakfast has no hot food. It's not a very walkable neighborhood, hard to get around.

Reasonably priced, clean room for our family. We had a pleasant stay. Staff was friendly.

I did not like the stairway because it was unsafe. The steps had the edging coming off. I slipped on these several times. There was no microwave available also.

Roaches, brought this to the front desk attention but nothing was done. Creepy old, eastern Indian guy walking around cars staring at people really freaky. Play stunk like curry., the towels had stains on them. You can tell these owners or property management did not care of the condition of the property. It was really beat up. The whole thing about roaches. My wife and daughter could not sleep because they were crawling around. That’s just disgusting talking to the other. Guess we were not the only ones that had this problem.

Property was adequate for our needs, in town for events, entertainment. Friendly staff, comfortable room. Second time we’ve stayed here, no complaints.

First time here so I was hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't so great. The carpet from the door to restroom was completely wet and they was an ant infestation. Management was notified and they tried to make it right by moving us to another room. I would have rathered a refund.

I felt comfortable during my stay at the hotel. The only thing that I did not like was that the trucks that pass by at dawn were heard a lot, but the rest was very good, very friendly.
