紐布朗費爾斯河村萬怡飯店(Courtyard New Braunfels River Village)

Mi estancia fue de 3 noches y el segundo dia no me limpiaron la habitacion , cuando cuestione el porque, una empleada de resepcion me dijo que eran politicas del hotel, hacer un dia si y el oyri no los cuartos.

El hotel es hermoso, ya lo conocíamos. En esta ocasión el sofá cama terrible, y no tenían almohadas extra, no respetaron reservación con vista la rio

I had a really bad experience with the check in. They gave me a key and the key wasn’t working. I spoke with the receptionist for 2 times. I stayed more than 40 minutes to get into the room. I am really upset about it, I was tired after a long flight and I expected more kindness and empathy.

The hotel was very nice, rooms were clean and very comfortable, will definitely stay here the next time I'm in town.

Housecleaning was very disappointing. 2x during 6 night stay was fine, frequency wasn't the problem. The bed wasn't "made" or even tucked in, just covers pulled up. Not sure if a sheet change was supposed to happen but it didn't. 1st clean the counters weren't clean. The one by the ice bucket had a spill that wasn't wiped. Room not vacuumed, at least not thoroughly if at all. Our plastic drink cups weren't replaced either of the 2 cleanings. Whatever product used to clean the tub was extremely slippery, I did slip and bang my calf on tub. Definitely a hazard. The sub needs a mat or non-slip *****s. The handle on the toilet didn't function as it should, we made do, and I notified the front desk on departure. The bathroom needed major updating. No sink plug either. Which is helpful if the traveler, like me, wants to rinse out a few things during a long stay. The housecleaners name was Crystal, at least the 1st clean. We were in room 441. The room wasn't up to the standard we expect at Marriott Courtyard. On the plus side, the property is beautiful! The front desk staff, and all other staff were wonderful and friendly. The food offered in the bistro for breakfast was fantastic. We had three breakfasts there. Super nice lady cooking. Check in and out super easy. Parking was great. We will be staying here again, just hope they up the game regarding housecleaning. These are meant to be helpful hints, not cause for dismissal of housecleaner.

I lived the view of the river. The rooms were spotless and ample. I checked in Saturday 10/28 and the lady at the front desk was so helpful. They were all helpful but this person went above and beyond ensuring my stay was comfortable.

Amazing! From the hospitality, cleanliness, and amenities, we highly recommend this location!

Was expecting something more luxurious for the price i paid. I would pay 160 tops for this place again totally not worth the 280
