This great condo is in a fantastic location. Located about 50 yards from the Comal River and about three blocks from the center of New Braunfels. One mile to Schlitterbahn. 3.8 miles to to Gruene, TX. This condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized between all guests. Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $40 per animal per stay. I am the owner of this condo and it is a full time short term rental. There is a nice elevator to this condo. No extra guests, visitors or pets without owner approval.
