Welcome to Truckee Acreage! For those seeking a true retreat in Tahoe, this is it. Set on 20 acres in eastern Truckee, this mountain home is close to everything & yet a world away with the ultimate setting for privacy, relaxation & serenity.
With 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms plus room for 8 (*there is a strict 8 person maximum, no exceptions*), guests will enjoy the cozy great room with a wood-burning fireplace, the full kitchen & breathtaking mountain views. Perhaps best of all, endless trails surround this property for hiking & mountain biking.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:8 person maximum, no exceptions. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am.
