The room wasn‘t fully cleaned (remaining trash on the table). The phone to call front desk did not work. The staff is arrogant. I wanted to ask if they are lockers in the city centers, and instead to tell me that they don‘t know, they were angry that I even ask this question. Also, despite the name, the hotel is quite far from the airport (25 eur taxi ride) I arrived at the airport at 1 am and there were no taxis or Ubers available. As some taxi came, they refused to bring us to the hotel because they wanted a further destination. I had to argue with one taxi after 1 hour waiting time that they would give me a ride.

They can’t speak English, and I booked 3month ago with payment When I got the hotel they couldn’t find my booking info, They weren't that friendly and eventually Trip.com service took care of it. After that, they didn't even apologize for the situation If you are not French,, you shouldn’t be there

飯店位置很好，地方很乾淨，房間的寢具也很好，絕對沒有什麼好抱怨的

J'ai déjà séjourner dans cette hôtel qui proposait des chambres un peu viellot. Et agréable surprise j'ai pu avoir une chambre rénové au 3ème et franchement agréablement surpris. Plus moderne, parquet au sol prise usb c dans la tête de lit. Dans la salle de bain enfin une pomme de douche pour les grands comme moi c'est top. Bel effort Personnels sympa. Je recommande.

C'est toujours un plaisir de mettre les pieds dans cet établissement. La courtoisie du personnel et son professionnalisme font toute la différence. Nous nous sentons comme chez nous lors de nos séjours. Encore bravo, nous vous remercions pour tout ce que vous faites.
