拉斯羅薩斯德卡皮斯特拉諾公寓

Je suis un amoureux du El Capistrano Village, mais quelle fût ma surprise en découvrant les Appartements Las Rosas d'El Capistrano, vraiment, extrêmement charmé par ce qu'ils proposent, vraiment un coup de cœur. Excellent accueil de Maria à la reception, courtoise, souriante et professionnelle, (merci Maria) Excellent emplacement, prêt de toutes les commodités, agréable, piscine conviviale, lieu très sympathique que je recommande vivement aux Familles. Appartement très bien entretenu, très bien aménagé, rien à dire. C'est un lieu que nous avons déjà adopté en Famille. Au passage, merci à la Famille Berg du S4.

Nos tocó un bajo bastante bien equipado con lo más necesario (cafetera, fregona, escoba, plancha, aire acondicionado...), la limpieza fenomenal, como no llegamos a tiempo para recoger las llaves hicieron el favor de dejarnoslas en el hotel de al lado y pagar al día siguiente, tiene un supermercado y bastante parking al lado y si te gustan los gatos siempre hay la visita de un par de ellos. Si hay algunas cosas que nos cojearon: al ser un bajo nos robaron varias prendas de ropa cuando estaban tendidas (al comentarlo en recepción nos dijeron que como el edificio tenía gente de alquiler no podían hacer nada y que ya había pasado varias veces), nuestro bloque tenía la mitad de atención que el de al lado porque la piscina por la noche ni se cerraba ni tenía chiringuito ni cámaras, el horario de atención era algo corto para nuestro gusto (10-18h), estaba lejos del centro y de la playa y solo disponías de un autobús una vez por hora justo al lado del supermercado (que eso no es su culpa pero hay que destacarlo).

Bit of a mixed bag. Apartment was underwhelming: six coat hangers between us; limited drawer space; flimsy shower tray; only mirror was the one above the sink; view from the balcony across the supermarket roof. We were on the ground floor; apartments on the first floor upwards seemed to be much bigger and had more balcony space. However, pool bar was very good: friendly staff and good choice of food. Plenty sunbeds available during the day, though not sure what this will be like in the middle of summer. Think apartments are cleaned every 7 days but twice a week would be better (we were there 8 nights and they weren't cleaned at all). Around 30 minute walk to get into the thick of the action.

Lovely stay here with family, we had a two bedroom apartment, it was lovely and big, two balconies and two bathrooms. There was no sofa bed, however, and I was informed there would be. The place was clean and comfortable, and it has good showers, too. Would have liked if the hairdryer and iron were in the room, so we didn't have to wait a day to receive them as reception was closed the whole time we were there. Otherwise, the place had everything to our liking, two pools, one had a bar, and the other was quieter. The location was 15 mins walk to balcon, but that was fine for us. The supermarket was right beside it. Nice quiet location.

Stayed here for five nights and I have to say it surpassed my expectations. The apartment was spacious clean and well equipped. The air con was good and the bathroom big and well maintained. We had a massive terrace that overlooked the pool. The pools were great again clean and well maintained. We used the pool bar daily. The best pizza and sangria EVER! The service was great and remember that all the food is freshly prepared. If you want fast food go the McDonalds. We were always greeted with a friendly smile and all our needs were attended too. Hopefully will return again. Thanks for a great stay.

After visiting family last year ( they were staying at las Rosas), my partner and I decided to book for this year. We were part of a group. My issue is not so much with the apartment. It was fine. Would I stay again, maybe if the service at the pool bar was improved..it was not service with a smile. The running of the pool bar was an issue from day one. Two people serving, 40 minute wait on a cup of coffee. Running out of burgers at 2 in the day.I did look at all the positive comments and hesitated to post,but It needed saying that one of the severs was, in fact, very rude. Manament needs to address this.
