Mooi hotel, rustig gelegen en goed bereikbaar. Veel comfort. Spa met zwembad aanwezig. Ontbijt heel gevarieerd. Bediening super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bedden goed. Heel schoon alles. Mooie tuin rondom het hotel.

Nous avons toujours plaisir à venir nous reposer dans ce bel établissement à seulement 2 heures de chez nous (Reims). La nouvelle décoration du restaurant Bacchus est très jolie et nous avons cru comprendre qu'une nouvelle décoration à l'espace détente allait également se faire. Hâte de découvrir cela. Le personnel est vraiment bienveillant. L'accès au spa est illimité, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans d'autres établissements. Possibilité de faire de belles ballades en nature sans prendre la voiture. Les chambres sont belles, grandes et propres, bouteilles d'eau et chocolats en guise de bienvenue, sans compter la coupe de crémant à l'arrivée et les bouteilles d'eau pour notre trajet retour (merci!)

Ein absolutes Spitzenhotel. Verdiente 5*S. In allen Bereichen äußerst zuvorkommender, höflicher und bester Service. Essen auf Sterneniveau (FineDining abgehaucht) Hotel, Service, Küche und Direktionsteam sind absolute Spitze!!!!

Nous devions séjourner du 23 au 24 avril 2024 mais mon mari est tombé d'un escabeau et s'est cassé une côte. Nous avons donc dû annuler le 22 avril car il ne pouvait bien évidemment pas se déplacer. Nous avons fourni à l'hôtel les certificats médicaux mais nous n'avons obtenu ni remboursement, ni report car nous ne pouvions plus bénéficier de l'annulation gratuite. Même pas de geste commercial car la circonstance n'était pas pertinente! Sans commentaire. Nos amis sont tout de même allés à l'hôtel donc 2 personnes sur 4. L'hôtel était loin d'être plein et nous n'avons pas pénalisé les réservations par notre annulation. Donc nous n'irons pas dans cet hôtel et vous conseillons de ne pas avoir des problèmes de santé de dernière minute car malheureusement nous serez face à une incompréhension totale. Un peu d'humanité aurait été la bienvenue. Alors un conseil prendre une assurance ou une annulation dernière minute si comme nous vous ne voulez pas perdre le montant versé bien que la chambre n'ait pas été occupée et que nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner.

Ganz schlimmes Frühstück im Restaurant Scheune! Max 2 Sterne Hotel Niveau in einen 5 Sterne Haus. Service und v.a. Qualität und Auswahl unterirdisch. Noch nie habe ich einen derartiges Missverhältnis von Anspruch, Erwartung (5star) und Realität erlebt.

Spent few nights with my parents to explore the Mosel area. It was worth taking rooms with Balcony which offer a very nice view. The hotel is located a bit off the main road which definitly garantees all the silence you need to relax. Nice spa and indoor swimming pool. What needs to improve though is the choice of food on site. Of course you have the Michelin stars restaurant (which we didnt try) but I want to mention something about the 2 others : Bacchus and the other one called Die Scheune. We stayed 2 nights. First night we went to Bacchus which was very nice with excellent service. Second night we went to Die Scheune and were extremly surprised to see a condensed menu of Bacchus… with exactly same dishes! For the standard of the hotel and the whole site, this is not acceptable, sorry. This was the only negative remark I could give, otherwise thsi would have got 5 stars.

+ We booked the Götter Suite/Roman Sute in the hotel. It was very spacious, with two bathrooms, a large, double bed, two balconies and a sitting area. For an extra five euro per person you can have your breakfast delivered to the room, instead of going downstairs. We highly recommend this as it very comfortable to eat in the room. the people at the front desk were very polite and helpful. The spa itself is nude, so be aware of that. There is almost always someone at the bar, and they serve drinks along with some small snacks. There is mineral water readily available for you to fill up into the predestined plastic cups. (these are reusable) The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. I have no complaints in this regard. The service wasn’t always the best…sometimes we had to wait exceedingly long with empty glasses of wine, after having purchased a whole bottle, because they leave the bottle elsewhere. So we couldn’t have filled our glasses if we had wanted to. The furniture and art is very beautiful and gives an air of luxury. The lobby is picturesque, and the bar is filled with plush velvet chairs. The staff, is overall incredibly friendly. They attended to our expressed needs quickly and efficiently. - Try and avoid using the spa facilities in between meal times. The space is not very large so it tends to fill up quickly. We went during those hours of the day, when most people are eating. Like this it was very enjoyable. We booked a “Wine Bath” because we liked the way it looked in the brochure. Unfortunately, this was in no way, shape or form worth the money. We payed 60 Euro to sit in an oversized Bathtub, for 20min, willed with luke-warm water and firing some very tame jets. The only “wine” thing about it, was the apparent “wine seed oil” they added to the water. The jets did little to massage us and created no bubbles to speak of, so it wasn’t exceptionally pleasant. For a 60 Euro charge, I have to say I would have expected a glass of wine, a small charcuterie board, a face mask…any of the above would have sufficed, just one. Instead we payed 60 Euro for Someone to fill a big tub for us and leave us in a small room for 20min. The amenities were not restocked daily, and unfortunately, the cleaning stuff that we met wasn’t overly friendly . We had to go to reception ourselves and ask for shampoo and body wash because we were all out.

Reception very competent and friendly, offered a welcome drink from the bar, good non alcoholic alternative. We had a deluxe room, good in size and design. No coffe/tea machine. No air conditionning, so a little tricky to have room temperature you prefer . This could be a problem in summer. They then offer mobile AC equipment. Pool is on the small size but ok to swim in circles. Breakfast buffet was excellent, good value. Staff was excellent.
