Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos deux filles. Le personnel est à l'écoute. Les chambres sont propres et le service de serviette est très appréciable. Tout est équipé pour éviter les moustiques mais prévoir quand même en fonction de la période. Le restaurant est très bien. Le service du petit déjeuner est long mais "nothing is quick in Jamaica". Attention de la route, on ne voit pas la pancarte ! Les couleurs sont passées. Bon séjour, allez-y !

Residence/cottage non all'altezza del prezzo, camera da letto indecente piccola e con un letto a una piazza e mezzo x due persone, doveva esserci l'angolo cottura e invece c'era solo un lavandino, cassettiera porta indumenti scassata che non si aprivano i cassetti, bagno piccolo con mini lavandino e acqua spesso fredda e alcune volte non funzionante, intonaco nei muri staccato e in 10 giorni non ci hanno mai cambiato le lenzuola. Brutta esperienza.

We didn't stay here, just went here to eat. And actually returned 3 times! Food here is GOOD!! Service amazing, big shout out to Sophia! Really enjoyed it here and it was one of the best spots to eat on the beach at night in Negril.

This hotel served its purpose. Very rustic, so if that's what you require, you will love it. WiFi was very spotty and went down at a certain time of night. Staff very helpful and very friendly. The rooms were basic but clean, and towels were replenished every day. The location is great but the hotel could do with a bit of modernisation (in my opinion)

Better later than never! We love, love, love Firefly! Our 3rd time in the Cozy Cottage! Housekeeping was phenomenal with the lovely Tanya and Addy treated us like family! Dennis has done a great job at the Beach Bar Restaurant! Try the Grill Fish (snapper) Andrea and Howard gave us exceptional service when there was a minor mix-up with accommodations. Security, Gary and Jarvis are to notch! EVERYONE that works there, I find to be top notch! Especially Sophia at the bar! I picked up a chicken ***** with my finger and she gently slapped my hand to use a fork! I felt like Ma was with me! By the end of our trip, there was nothing better to here Sophia say "Piwinski, pay your bill!" We plan on going back in October and can't wait to see our Firefly family!! Thanks everyone! You guys ALL rock!

I stayed in a basic cabin and had a great time. The cabin was older, but well-kept and very clean. There was someone there to clean daily if you wanted. It was a shared bathroom and shower situation but when I arrived, no one else was staying in the cabins so I pretty much had my own private bathroom. Bathroom was also kept very clean, they are like 10 to 15 feet away from the cabins so quick and easy to access. The beach well, is always spectacular. Firefly is in a great spot along the main beach to walk either north, or south to check out restaurants, bars and shops. Unbelievable sunsets from their beach and restaurant patio. Lots of lounge chairs, and tables at the beach so you don’t have to worry about getting up early. More than enough shade for everyone staying at the hotel and there’s also lots of sunny area for sun worshipers. It would be nice to have the chairs re-strung so they are less saggy, but that was a minor thing. Firefly restaurant is great. They have a limited menu which is good because the few things on the menu they do well. Everything is freshly cooked in the kitchen and delicious. They also do a red stripe and appetizer special between noon and 2 PM daily, which is a great time to grab a bite to eat and start on beer. Red stripes are really reasonably priced all the time at their bar which is great. All the staff were really kind and accommodating, which really made my stay wonderful. You also get to know a lot of the other guests so it’s becomes very comfortable. Hopefully will be back soon!
