Pensiunea Apuseni Wild

We decided to take a 2 day trip to this place based in looks alone and we weren’t disappointed. The location is tucked away from the main road and it boasts a generous parking lot, large outside dining area with heated pool, private waterfall and, believe it or not, a cave! As the place seems to always be packed, we got a standard room without balcony, relatively small but very clean and well organised - it didn’t feel all that small. There are other rooms, some with large balconies that can double as terraces, if you can get a hold of them. Breakfast, spa, outside heated pool and game room access is included. The breakfast is all you can eat and quite delicious. The restaurant serves a pretty decent variety of meals and all of them are incredibly good. We recommend the burger, one of the best we’ve ever eaten and the cheese cake. The staff is very nice and attentive. End conclusion - excellent getaway for 2-3 days.

The location is beautiful, the rooms have a nice design, the mattress is good quality, pool is heated. Customer service is non-existent, the staff is not trained for the job they have. We were treated as if we were staying there for free. The jacuzzi(ciubăr) was either so hot that you couldn't get in or extremely cold - unusable the whole time we were there. The insect nets in the room and bathroom were broken, the water pressure is very weak, the menu is not varied and the prices are very high compared to other places in that area. Overall, they charge a very high fee for no good reason.

Everything it s fine on this location: staff, location, room, pool, cave. Maybe they can improve something in the kitchen but overall the food its tasty. The road to the pension its very good, I was in January and no issues. In the room all its new.
