多米尼庫住宿加早餐旅館(Villa Dominikku)

An amazing villa in an great location, run by a lovely family. Dilushan goes above and beyond! Their resident driver Vijay is more than a tour guide and made our trip extra special. Thank you Dilushan and Vijay - can’t wait to meet again! To anyone reading this - book this place :)

Nous avions réservé notre première nuit au Sri Lanka chez Dulshan & Dilu, et quel beau démarrage pour nos vacances ! Tout d’abord, en amont de notre séjour et pendant, Dulshan a était très réactif pour répondre à nos interrogations et nous aider à organiser les différents points. Parlant un anglais impeccable, il est également d’une grande gentillesse, générosité et d’un professionnalisme incroyable. L’hôtel est superbe, on s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise. La décoration est soignée et élégante. Nous avons eu la chambre orange : elle est impeccable, moderne et confortable, nous avons très bien dormi et tout l’équipement nécessaire est là (y compris les adaptateurs, les prises sont compatibles avec nos chargeurs européens). La propreté est irréprochable. L’environnement est d’un calme absolu. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, cuisiné par Dilu, qui nous sert généreusement un mix sri-lankais et européen, la journée ne peut que bien commencer ! L’hôtel est à 20min de l’aéroport, nous avions demandé un transfert. Jude, le chauffeur qui est venu nous chercher, était très accueillant et pro. Il nous a également accompagné le lendemain pour notre transfert vers Sigiriya en nous faisant découvrir Dambulla sur la route, merci à lui. Nous avons tellement adoré notre passage à la Villa Dominikku que nous avons demandé à Dulshan de nous recontacter en cas d’annulation sur notre date de retour avant notre vol pour rentrer. Nous avons eu beaucoup de chance, il nous a recontacté pour nous proposer la nuit en question, nous n’avons pas hésité une seconde. Nous avons donc pu profiter d’une 2ème nuit à l’hôtel, pour terminer notre voyage sri-lankais en beauté. Cette fois-ci nous avons eu la chambre jaune, également impeccable à l’image de la première. Roshan nous a accompagné pour le transfert à l’aéroport, également d’une grande gentillesse. Il travaille avec Dulshan comme guide/chauffeur et est très cultivé car nous a appris de nombreuses anecdotes sur notre court trajet vers l’aéroport. En résumé, vous ne regretterez pas de réserver chez Dulshan & Dilu. Le rapport qualité-prix est le meilleur que nous avons eu du séjour, nous n’avons absolument rien à redire sur ce choix mis à part que nous aurions adoré rester plus longtemps. A notre prochain voyage au Sri Lanka, nous n’hésiterons pas à réserver de nouveau ici, comme Dulshan dit « this is your home in Sri Lanka » ! Merci Dulshan & Dilu, vous êtes exceptionnels !

Villa Dominikku, owned by Dulshan and his family, is a beautiful, clean homestay about 15- 20 minutes from Negombo airport. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and Dulshan was awake and greeted us with a delicious fruit drink and refreshing towel. He showed us to our tastefully decorated garden room. The bed was extremely comfortable, shower was nice and warm, and the A/c worked well. Dulshan kindly organised a Tuk Tuk to take us down to Negombo beach area where we had a nice lunch at The Queens restaurant (traditional Sri Lankan food - delicious) and a walk on the beach. Villa Dominikku was perfect for a short stay in Negombo after a long flight. Thank you for your hospitality, Dulshan. We hope to see you again soon.

It’s one of the hidden gems of Sri Lanka! We spent a night there on our way to the airport, and it was the best experience we had in SL. Dulshan and his wife and fantastic hosts, and provide top level services, including designy villa & very clean rooms, best tips on restaurants nearby, transportation services (best Tuk Tuk driver), and fun activities. I wish we had his contact earlier in our trip. Very highly recommended!

This is an amazing find. Beautifully tranquil with the most fantastic, generous hosts. Fantastic location to explore Negombo and easy access to the airport. Don’t miss out on the incredible breakfast spread. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer.

his place is exceptional. It is amazing value for money for what it is. We usually stay at hotels that are a lot more expensive than this but this was very good quality for the amount paid. We only stayed here for a very short time - in the afternoon to then fly out just past midnight, but we wanted somewhere to rest before flying back home and have a shower etc, near the airport. This place was exceptional and we only wish we had an additional night to stay here. Despite the short stay it was perfect - the hosts are so welcoming and friendly and go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. There was a nice welcome drink and cool towel on arrival, explanation of surroundings and property. The host organised transport with his tuk tuk to down - less than 10 minutes and very reliable and friendly tuk tuk driver. The beach area and restaurant ***** is nice area to walk. The room is very modern and clean with comfortable bed, good shower, good wifi. The property is very secure and safe and nice gardens. We didn't get to have the breakfast as we didn't stay until morning but it is in a nice setting in the host's home. The host also arranged transport by car with his driver to the area which was very comfortable and reasonably priced. Overall this place is exceptional and a must stay for people starting or ending their trip in Sri Lanka who usually do so via Negombo due to it being close to the airport. However next time we would definitely stay an additional day. It was a perfect stay to our last day in Sri Lanka.
