Mercedes Blanco is one of the most Professional caring, thoughtful manager I have ever met. I simply made a few phone calls to local hotels in the area to make a nonplanned over night stay and she answered with a thoughtful voice who made the start of my frustrating day turn around and then to my surprise once I arrived to checkin I met Marjourie another kind and caring employee that made my checkin process so calming, I will make this my Hotel of choice everytime I'm in the area. My room was nice, clean and stocked so anyone in the area should make this hotel of Professionalism, kindness and caring Manger and staff there very first choice. #lovedmystay@airportinnwithMercedesandMarjourie.
