With its modern amenities, comfortable spaces, and convenient access to nearby attractions, this property guarantees a memorable stay.
As you step into the meticulously designed space, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The open-concept living area is bathed in natural light, creating a vibrant and airy ambiance. Relax on the plush sofa, watch a movie on the flat-screen TV, listen to records, try your hand at a selection of board games, take a dip in the cold plunge followed by a soak in the hot tub, or simply unwind with a good book in hand.
The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven for food enthusiasts. Whip up delicious meals using top-of-the-line appliances, ample counter space, and a wide range of cookware. Embark on a hiking adventure in the nearby Indian Peaks Wilderness, ski or snowboard the slopes of Eldora Mountain (10 minute drive away), or take a leisurely stroll around the lake. There's something for everyone, ensuring an unforgettable experience for all.
At the end of the day, unwind on the private balcony, in the hot tub, or by the fire, where you can savor a glass of wine while enjoying beautiful mountain sunset views.

Parking is available at the bottom of the unit off Peak to Peak Highway and also at the top off of Pine Street.

Early check-in/late check-out may be available for a $50 fee. Just ask the question and I’ll see what I can do pending other guests.

Wonderful spot

Great Place 10 minutes from Eldora
This place is really cool. It’s kinda like a big studio apartment, but really decorated nicely. It slept 5 comfortably and the kids loved the loft. All of us took advantage of the on-site sauna and hot tub after skiing. The TV is huge and there is another out on the patio. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Nederland. The host is super responsive to questions. Definitely a recommend on this place.
