完美的位置，在金字塔前吃早餐，晚上結束一天的金字塔是無價的！早餐非常美味，典型的埃及食物！房間很乾淨，但他們不做日間清潔！所有的員工都非常非常友好！

AVIOD AT ALL COST. Book only if you want to ruin you vacation. These people are big cheaters and looting people of there money. Even if you decide to take a risk and book a room just execting a good view of pyramids, never ever prepay for the room else you will be left at the mercy of the hotel. I ignored the warning by some other previous travelled reviews and paid the price. This is highly overrated and overpriced inn (not a hotel). I booked a luxury room here with multiple beds looking directly at the pyramids for 200 USD months in advance. Also I was in touch with the owner and he confirmed me that the room is exactly what I booked for. But to my horror when I landed at hotel I was told that the room is assigned to someone else and we are offered a smaller room with side view of pyramids, not direct room what I booked for and he confirmed also. The room was small and filthy. Then he offered me 2 rooms on the roof and told they will be ready in an hour, when I told I want to see the rooms he resisted but on my insistence they shwoed me the rooms. i was taken aback to see that these we not even guest rooms, these were servan tquarters which he wanted to clean and settle me there. I was furious. Luckily I was with a local guide and he helped me in arguing with the owner, after lot of arguments and pursuing he settled me in a nearby hotel but still the view was not good as I booked initially. It spoiled my whole experience as I was visualizing Pyramids view from that room I booked for months in advance but finally it was not to be. So these poeple for a small anmount of gain can ruin your whole journey which you have been planning for months and probably once in a lifetime. They are doing a grave injustice to the wonerful people of Egypt as these experiences spoils the name of whole country, but who cares he would have gained few dollars by selling my room at a higher price to someone else. Without local guide I would have been at the mercy of the owner. Initially they were not allowing my guide to go with me in the room as this probably was a regular incident and they anticipated this. Luckily my guide forced his way into the room. Those plannig a trip to Egypt specialy with family, PLEASE make sure you have a local guide with you all the time else you will ruin your vacation, this is true without exceptions, however smart you think you are, you will fail in Egypt.

Je vous partage mon expérience pour ne pas vous faire avoir comme nous. Nous sommes pas difficile mais cet hôtel est l'un des pires que nous avons connus. Un conseil ne vous arrêtez pas ici, surtout avec des enfants. Pour un prix équivalent vous trouverez beaucoup mieux! La navette est normalement gratuite à l'arrivée de l'aéroport à l'hôtel. Mais celle ci n'est jamais arrivée, nous avons appelé l'hôtel, il nous a dit de prendre un taxi et que la course nous serait remboursée. Nous n'avons jamais obtenu ce remboursement. A l'arrivée ils vous demandent de régler la totalité du séjour, ne vous faites pas avoir, plus possible d'avoir un remboursement pour changer d hôtel. L'hôtel est insalubre, très vétuste. Moquette très sale ainsi que le linge de lit. L'odeur est à vomir, on se croirait dans une écurie. Le personnel fait du bruit toute la nuit dans les couloirs en discutant très fort entre eux ou au téléphone. Nous leur avons demandé d'essayer de faire moins de bruit, ils vous répondent ok, mais rien a changé durant le séjour! Le petit déjeuner est servi dans des plateaux très sale, du pain, du fromage et un oeuf dur. Mon fils est tombé malade! Mensonge sur le service WiFi. Elle n'a jamais fonctionné durant notre séjour. Autre petit détail, j avais pour habitude de poser ma petite moneie sur le frigo, certe ce n'est pas une grosse valeure, quelques pièces d euro et livre égyptienne, mais elles ont disparues quand le ménage a été fait. J ai pas l'habitude de poster des commentaires négatifs, mais obligé de remonter ces infos car je considère que c'est une arnaque quand vous lisez la description, la liste des services et les commentaires avec 5 étoiles.

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Déjeuner copieux froid et chaud servi à la demande ou en box à emporter (vraiment plus réduit). Soyez prévoyant si vous prenez le déjeuner sur place car ils commencent à la préparer à ce moment là et cela leur demande un … certain temps ! Vous pouvez déjeuner sur le toit en face des pyramides… superbe vue ! Chambre de 2 lits doubles. Bonne literie. Propreté ok. Salle de bain moyen. Draps et savon ok. Beaucoup de bruit venant de l’extérieur. Excellente situation au pied des pyramides. Ils fournissent des bouteilles d’eau chaque jour. Nous n’avons pas utilisé le service de navette. Nous n’avons pas eu le type de chambre réservé (deux communicantes) mais nous n’avons pas réclamé. Note de 4 en tenant compte que c’est l’Egypte et du prix payé !

I booked with them 2 months a ago, once i arrived with my family at 1am (tired and hungry as our flight was delayed). When I tried to pay, the staff tried to charge me an extra £200 Egyptian money. And when I told him that he is charging me extra, he said my rate calculator is different that’s why. But when I asked him what his rate was, it was the same as mine, and then went to charge me the right amount as I was right. He told me we still had a family room booked with a view, and our room was ready. Once we went up to our room, they showed us one couple room on one floor, and another couple room on another floor. I was disappointed and went downstairs and told him that I will not accept this as we want to sleep together in a family room. He said he will arrange a family room for me now and will show me it. When I was on my way to go to the ‘family room’, he took me outside the building and into a building next door and said ‘this is the shortcut to go to the family room’. And once I entered the room, I was in disbelief. He took me to a different hotel and the room so absolutely disgusting, with horrible sofa bed, and one bedroom. The beds, sofa, furniture and carpet were all filthy and worn out. I don’t think anyone would ever live or stay there. I wish I had taken a picture of it. I was fuming and asked for a refund, he at first denied giving me it and then eventually realised he isn’t providing me the service so he gave it. He still made me pay for the taxi fee, when it was meant to be complimentary. He told me that I will never find any family hotel at this time and area. I got my refund and booked another hotel right next to them called ‘Sahara Pyramid Inn’, which had a beautiful family room with the pyramid view. And the staff were very accommodating and lovely. They even charged me less than half the price with the better service, and family room. It was £4000 Egyptian pounds with Giza Pyramids and £1900 Egyptian pounds with Sahara Pyramids Inn. I think it would be better to book at Sahara instead of the dishonest people here.

We stayed there for three nights over Christmas, I arrived there early than our expected check in time ( 4.30 a.m.). As we was really tired, they provide us with a temporary room for sleeping also with breakfast, than later on about 11.30 a.m. they transferred us to our room. The room was huge with two double beds, with bathroom, air con, television, wardrobe, small table and balcony with pyramid view and street view. Breakfast and view of the pyramids from roof top is great also you can see the light show of pyramids at evening. Room and beds was really clean and presentable conditions. All the staff was very polite and helpful. At check in they asked us to pay with U.S. Dollars or with Euro currency, we said we don't have none of these and we travel from England and offer them card payments, but they refused the card payments and except cash payment in Egyptian currency also except less than quoted price, which is unbelievable. Our planned visit in Egypt was three days in Giza and three days in Luxor. During the stay at this hotel, we tried took book plane and train tickets to Luxor and we refused due stupid currency issue ( U.S. Dollars / Euro) and totally hopeless. When we mention our problem to the manager and asked them to help us, next day the owner provide one of his staff to go to the coach station and get us return coach tickets from Cairo to Luxor so, we will not face same problem on our return. They also provide us taxi service to the coach station on time. We probably could not make it without their help.
